Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Anywhos, Biden's presidency will be like GWB's, a figurehead spouting whatever nonsense gets poured into his senile ears, with the promise of Sniffs and Special Sleepy Time visits afterwards. When will the US Dollar get swapped over to backing by Shitcoin? I'm sure that $20k+ is looking like a much better paycheque than the ~$50ish a barrel of oil RN.

A PhD is literally a 'Doctorate in Philosophy' in your subject.

Law schools do offer PhDs in law. And they are professors. A Law degree, like a medical degree, is a professional one. A PhD is academic.

You're thinking of an SJD. I'm referring to JD's, which is short for "Juris Doctor." It's the American equivalent to an LLB in other countries, or a bachelor of law.

When Justin Trudeau talked about The Great Reset, they though of him as the greatest philosopher next to Plato. Yet when Sir Tarrant wrote of The Great Replacement, this site was almost shut down because they thought we harbored a terrorist who went out and did the things that Biden expressed.

You know, I can at least see Biden and the Democrats rational for supporting racial equity. It has to be based on fear, fear of the future of the country. The people in charge of the democratic party lived through the late 1960s, they know about the violence that occurred when race and politics mix. They saw the genocides in Yugoslavia and Rwanda and came to the conclusion that everyone needs a 'seat at the table'. These people do believe that race and politics go hand in hand and that if one race dominates, the others suffer. That's why Biden says that the U.S. is doomed if we don't get racial equity. They think that there will be a race war in the future without racial equity.

They've been stoking those fires for years. A little late to be worrying about it now. When I was still a Democrat, I tried to make others understand where this shit would eventually lead, but was just trash-talked for my trouble. Fuck these assholes for wanting to stop the shitshow they created only because they finally understand no one wins in such a situation.

They seem to be unable to realize that racial equity will lead to violence as each group wants a bigger share of the pie. Maybe they think that having a minority majority population means that no one can be in the dominate role alone, but regardless, the American black population is going to be left behind. If a racial coalition can be made without them, it will be made. And their leaders are either old folks from the civil rights era, communists, or people grifting off of BLM.

It makes me upset. This is a group of people that have suffered centuries of enslavement and at every single chance to escape it they have been sent right back, either through direct violence from whites or from themselves or through political machinations to keep people in power. It seems that the only way to end this is through the obliteration of that racial identity and homogenize with the dominant culture. And nobody that is in power is going to allow such a lucrative political tool to dissipate.

I've watched high lights from the Intercept and some other places. Basically Biden told the black leadership they have to "tone down the Defund the police stuff" because it allowed Republicans to paint Democrats as the "Defund" party. At least until the Georgia senate runoff election is over. And that Biden won't be using executive orders because "we have a Constitution that we have to abide by." So anything to help black folk will have to go through Congress.

Of course Biden has all the self awareness of a wooden pole so I expect him to handle the upcoming shit storm with subtlety and grace that he is renowned for.

  • Decriminalize HIV exposure and transmission laws. In 2018, 26 states in America had HIV exposure criminal laws. These laws perpetuate discrimination and stigma towards people with HIV/AIDS, and there is simply no “scientific basis” for them. As President, Biden will support legislation like the REPEAL HIV Discrimination Act, which promotes best practice recommendations for states.
