Regardless, you're missing the point people (myself included) are trying to make in that the Trump admin was less excited to keep bodies overseas than any president for a long time now. You're repeating the exact same talking points Bush advocates used from 2008 onwards because Obama ramped up drone strikes, which conveniently ignores the fact that drones are becoming more plentiful, common, and convenient, with time.

Yeah he was so unexcited for it he gave the military complete control of everything. (quick mention Obama again because EVERYONE who hates Trump loves Obama obviously)

This isn't going to surprise you but that isn't the point anyone is making and not only do Trump supporters not care, almost no one in the US actually cares. The only reason people pretended to care, causing Obama to try to feign transparency, is that he was being more openly called out on it internationally. Funny how that EO came about in 2016 as well when the bulk of his strikes were all said and done.

We didn't have Shillary or Gore actively claiming they actually won (if you bring up Russiagate, you're a retard who didn't pay attention to what was actually being argued) and fighting against the election results on and on and on, on increasingly fantastical and threadbare premises, with no end in sight save Trump being run out on a rail on the 20th (and he might make a couple of attempts afterwards). Trying to equivocate between Trump's behavior now and Gore's in 2000 and Hillary's in 2016 shows a very short-sighted and naive understanding of American politics.

The fact you say that no one actually cares about drone warfare in the US is just a cynical defensive reflex.

We're in the same boat on 1st and 2nd gripes with the Obama admin, and I say that because I have talked about it for years and I run into two types of people. Right-leaning "fuck those hajis!" types and left-leaning "Oh my gosh that's terrible! I cannot believe that he'd do that, do you have any sources to share?" This is in person and they're skeptical that I'm not just shitting on Obama. Provide literally any link and they just pretend it's so disgusting then they change the subject.

Obviously some people care, there are organizations that have been tracking it for years both domestically and abroad, but I'm referring to the average American, especially your average voter. Most Obama supporters I know don't even know about the drone controversy. Small subset, sure, but I doubt they're not representative in that regard.

As for the death culters behind Trump, I think he just tapped into an existing "invisible" demographic that didn't have much of an internet presence until after Trump was elected and now that they do we all get a glimpse of their crazy and this is the time they're going to be the most vocal. If you're in the gun community at all you've ran into some of these types for years but they weren't overtly political until Trump where suddenly they went from sorta anti-govt to "Whatever Trump/Q says just give the word!"

Because as you admitted her situation isn't the same as now. In 2016 she wasn't the incumbent candidate. Obama had to leave no matter who won. The senate and house went to the GOP. The extra time it took for her to concede the election outcome was likely looking at potential ways to approach the election result. You think the immediate calls for impeachment wasn't a way to overturn the election result. The calls to impeach Trump was almost immediate after the inauguration.
