Have any of the filings been posted? It's been difficult to find documents even with the search function. Motion to strike or anything afterwards?

Also since she keeps bringing it up, even when I only see every 30-40th page now - noone here is going to expend the necessary energy to visit you wherever you are to actually stalk you in real life, Mel.
For most, perhaps even all those active in this thread, this would entail plane tickets or long, unnecessary drives. Time, money and energy wasted. Mel just isn't that important, there are hundreds of other threads to read and write in.
Just like you can tune in once a day to check out some late night show, but never feel the urge to visit the moderator/anchorman, you can tune in to the mel-scapade and have a laugh before continuing your day-to-day.
Why is this so difficult to grasp?

I'm in the minority of posters here in thinking that this move is actually a really good thing. Melinda has a unique talent for pissing off neighbors, acquaintances, and her co-religionists. Now she's being planted, if we believe her, in a situation where she'll have a bunch of new neighbors and she's renting space from co-religionists. Every single new neighbor could potentially place a call to CPS when they see Melinda either physically abuse her children by striking them or neglect them by locking them out of the house for long periods of time. As for her co-religionists? Well, Melinda's real religion is the Church of Melinda Is Always Right. She will piss them off or they will piss her off in very short order.

Another aspect to the move is the question of Marshall. I believe Melinda is genuinely frightened of Marshall. She knows him, she knows he's violent, she knows he went and strangled his ex-wife when his ex was leaving him. It's not outside the realms of possibility that Marshall would show up at her old address and smack her around. She loves to go on about STALKERS. Marshall very well could stalk Melinda, or could at any rate if he weren't so stupid. I can just see Marshall, brow furrowed, mouth slack and open, trying to use the internet to find Melinda. He'd do a google search and give up. Anyway, that's another positive aspect to this move. Anything that makes Melinda harder to find by Marshall is great. Not for Melinda's sake, I don't give a shit if Marshall punches her lights out. But for the children's sake. I think they've seen and heard enough domestic violence for an entire lifetime by now.

Of course, Melinda's such a dummy she'll probably end up fucking Marshall next time she gets a giny tingle and give him the address while she's at it.

Nobody is threatening CPS calls on you to intimidate you to drop your lawsuit, dummy. It's about to be dismissed anyways. No one is afraid of your lawsuits or any reporting you might do to all of the government agencies. No one is scared but you. Why does a call to CPS frighten you so much, Melinda? Last time Melinda threatened us with the FBI I linked her to the FBI webpage to submit a tip. None of us here are Andrew, Melinda. None of us are scared that you might call the FBI. If you submitted a tip to the FBI about say, me, like you threatened to do last time you had a major meltdown, here's how it would go:

1) Melinda calls the FBI, says mean man Karl der Grosse is making fun of her on the internet.
2) The FBI asks for info about me. Melinda has none. The FBI asks what crimes I've committed. Melinda spouts a bunch of conspiracy gibberish.
3) There is no three.

Andrew was stupid in his dealings with the FBI. When the FBI showed up at Andrew's house, he voluntarily agreed to speak to them. This is always a mistake when you are dealing with the FBI and you are a person of interest in an investigation. I'll give everyone else the same advice I gave Andrew back then: Don't voluntarily submit to an interview, don't voluntarily give them access to your electronic devices. If they wish to speak to you, make them submit written questions and go over them and your answers with a lawyer, if you decide to answer at all. If they want to search your electronic devices or your property, make them obtain a warrant.

The FBI relies on people not knowing their rights and on people voluntarily speaking to them. Stupid people will agree to an interview, convinced that they can clear the whole thing up if they give the FBI the right story. Smart people tell them to call their lawyer.

And, of course, the only reason the FBI took Melinda's complaints about Andrew seriously enough to go talk to him is because Andrew is an actual stalker, with multiple restraining orders on his record. They didn't take her complaints seriously enough to arrest him. Just to go tell him not to interact with Melinda, even on a message board.

I appreciate this is late but given that this is my profession I thought I’d give you some free advice Mel.

It’s entirely possible, and not uncommon, to get pregnant while breastfeeding “properly” (your word, not mine). While hormones initially have a contraceptive effect; these are generally diminishing from around 6 months and once baby starts supplementing breast milk with solids then hormones dip and some women actually have increased fertility to pre-pregnancy.

You have been lucky rather than wise to have well-spaced pregnancies.

Do you think the doctors, midwives and nurses who’ve assisted in your pregnancies don’t have children? Some of us have to return to work so that ingrates like you can continue to give your kids the basics of life.

Criticising other women and their breastfeeding and reproductive choices seems as though you may have been listening to that damn patriarchal society too much Mel.

ETA: if I had a professional responsibility to you and your newborn then any number of the comments you’ve made on this thread would prompt a referral to social services. No one here is going to do it, but I predict that it won’t be long until CPS is in your life again.

Melinda thinks that all governments, everywhere, will cooperate with the orders of a US judge if he orders them to give up the identities of foreign posters. This shows her fundamental lack of understanding about how the way the world works and how governments interact with each other concerning legal matters.
