Even if it was, who are these donors going to be? Sure, you may get a few, but I doubt it's going to meet demand.
Organ transplants are a bitch and a half even at the best of times, and I can't see too many medical services (because way more people are involved in a transplant than just donor, recipient and surgeon) willing to perform elective womb transplants.
Not to mention you're going to be on immune suppressants for the duration of the organ being inside. Shit's no joke.
I can't help but feel like the troons haven't thought this whole 'post-gender future' through.
