Sad to see that Apollo ended up to decide to take that route. Considering the health complications with that type of disease, sounds like it was has progressed to a pretty horrible stage if death seemed like a better alternative.

The YouTube shit flinging fest is obviously going to be a bunch of overly inflated egos inserting themselves, just to make some ad-revenue sensationalizing the guys death. I enjoyed Apollos content, despite the fact I still think many aspects of speed running are just not my cup of tea. Also the community seems to have it's toxic traits, just like what most YouTube communities de-evolve into.

The circumstances are pretty horrible and from I can see from the suicide note that this was something that has obviously bouncing the guys head for quite a considerable duration now. Too bad he couldn't get the help he needed, though I couldn't fathom the amount of a toll that level of faggotry in that community can mentally do to somebody either. Social media unfortunately has that impact on people as well, humans really don't seem to be meant to have that level of nodiraity.

Considering that Billy Mitchell is a scumbag, he will power level, and the king of the gnomes is also going to insert himself into it. I agree with the observations that it is pretty selfish of him to insert his critics as the last push for him to do it. Also, seemed like the guy had some serious daddy issues, and in that case that resort makes sense. Just like how mother issues with women lead to thottery, and mother issues with men lead to serial killer vibes. Daddy issues with men typically end up with a strange emptiness that entails in suicide if it's unchecked.

The isolation stress also could be a contributing factor. Considering how the suicide rates have spiked during the coof clown world 2020. In this type of situation though, everybody is going to look bad no matter what. I feel for Apollos family and friends, and hopefully he found his peace.

Apollo had lots of reasons to commit suicide. He was abused as a child, had serious health problems and got a lot of negative publicity for backing down when Billy M. threatened to sue him. It's sad.
