In all of my time playing here I have never seen a single player take Med-RP seriously. I think if we suddenly gave a shit about it enforcing it, the pop would decline even more.

The times I play have maybe 10 players at most and things are sort of MRP just due to lack of people chatting.
 
No idea if it's been suggested yet or if it's been done yet, but I'd really like if tesloose/singulo could be added back. Sorry if someone else already suggested this

This is a dumb suggestion, but would it be possible to make it easier to acquire a freezer/heater circuit board? There are actually no spare or idle freezers/heaters right now so stealing the board if you can't print one is a shitty thing to do. Right now it's easier to find AI related boards than it is to find one for a freezer.

You should be able to print them pretty early from the science and engineering board printers.
 
Getting into Sci and engi is a little tricky. I don't want to hack doors and on lowpop it's tough to even find someone in those departments sometimes.

Adding a freezer to the room near arrivals with the o2 and air canister would be based.

I really just need this to further explore Suicide Steve's self destruction. Last time I got ahold of a freezer I managed to get myself to 198 toxin with chilled plasma.

>steal o2, plasma canister and freezer board from toxins. Build glass freezing chamber in library. Pump chilled gases into cryo euthanization chamber. Die, spend like 20+ minutes in chilled plasma. Forget to hit DNR, watch as doctors attempt revival, fruitlessly.

>steal spare fridge, find o2 canister. Some dingus keeps hitting me with a baton and I keep slipping on wet floors. Enlist borg to help, get him to move canister. Fit myself, fridge and canister into airlock. Vent canister, open airlock, climb into fridge and rocket off into space.

Try getting the nuke disk, holding it in-hand, and using the suicide verb. It has a special animation and effect.

I forgot to add the time I built a smoke machine, got plasma and potassium and built a gas chamber before gassing myself.

I feel the suicide verb is a cop out, I'll probably explore it after I've exhausted all in game mechanics.

The ideal method of suicide should use in game physics, keep collateral damage to a minimum, be as elaborate as possible and prevent rescue or revival.

I suggest making a glass shard longjump. If you use the right kind of setup with a disposal or a mass driver, you can make a machine that launches you across a line of glass shards. Be sure to strip naked before using.

I really wish we had an admin that enforced the whole "No IC in OOC" thing. I'm getting really tired of hearing people soy out over shit in ooc or they just start sperging about someone killing them.

All real examples of shit I've seen said in IC. That kinda shit isn't even Low RP. It's No RP.

You don't have to ban them just gently correct them. Conversely, maybe people saw that a bunch of retards were running around talking about round types and antags IC and said fuck this shit and left.
