Not only can they simply not bother to enforce it, but the attornies-general of those states or literally anyone can sue in federal court that such an Executive Order violates the Tenth Amendment because public health is not the federal government's concern, it's the state government's concern. They will ask for an injunction suspending the EO, and literally any federal judge can grant the injunction and once that happens the federal lockdown is cancelled and that federal judge will be deluged in death threats from the Branch Covidian death cultists on Twitter and CNN and MSNBC will be hysterical about how this judge "has signed the death warrants of millions of people" just like Hitler's judges or some shit.

I expect the courts will be deluged with lawsuits should the DNC try this bullshit. They'll obviously keep litigating that it's constitutional but the injunction should last a good while.

EDIT: This is the same shit as how Trump's so-called "Muslim ban" got fucked over.

Depends on her age and whether or not she has chronic health issues.

Understand though that even if she's vaccinated and then gets the booster she can still catch Covid. A 'vaccine' for a Coronavirus cannot give permanent immunity, as the production of antibodies is always temporary and will wear off in a few weeks to a couple of months. At best it will give her a degree of T-cell immunity, which will make her more resistant to catching the bug and hopefully when she does catch it the symptoms won't be as bad.

If she's considered for it soon, probably. If you look at the numbers, the effects it have are not great on a statistical level, but not terrible either. It does help prevent infection, though not perfectly, according to the trials. If she's under 60 though, I'm not sure how she could get it soon anyway, unless there's an actual medical reason beyond age.

Unless a bunch of people do not take the vax it can mutate because people are still swapping it around, if most people get the vax it should peter out pretty fast. I do no think this will be viable since retarded african countries have limited power incentivizing the vaccines promoting mutations and rendering the vaccines deployed in first world nations less effective so its gonna stay forever which will lower life expectancy around the world... Fun.

It will evolve into yet another common cold virus just like every other human coronavirus has, including at least one which caused a pandemic, like an actually dangerous pandemics because it were SARS-tier lethal, in the late 19th century.

It's hard not to feel like something fundamental has shattered in our collective psyche after witnessing the dumpster fire that was 2020. The whole country feels like a powder keg. Videos like this make me think that people are going to be tearing each other to pieces from coast to coast the moment that supply chains gets disrupted again. Hell, they may do it even with the shelves fully stocked.
