His affidavit can be found on page 342 of MoRon's Motion to Dismiss.

I highlighted #6 because Sheehan LIED right there. He implies that the security system was added due to Vic's "behavior." Go back to my previous post to hear from Jamie Marchi herself as to why the security system was installed (TL;DW: some weeb named Johnny Otaku thought he'd become "the next Vic Mignogna" and stalked the Funimation lobby until he was thrown out by security).

The lesson to learn is Adam Sheehan can't be trusted and you'd be a fool to befriend him.
Weird. I played it just fine yesterday and I was able to see the comments, too.
I don't think I ever read Sheehan's affidavit. Let's go over a few points:
1. I press X to doubt on Sheehan scheduling many VA appearances while at FUNimation. I know they had someone specifically to handle convention related requests and I know for several years it wasn't him.
2. Vic requested work both on projects and at conventions, Sheehan found that weird because companies and cons typically reach out to the person themselves. This is either a bald faced lie or deliberately misleading. Conventions at least do reach out to and "choose" their guests, but I can show tons of unasked for solicitations from many people (voice actors and otherwise) looking for work. And that's not even counting all the voice actors that "encourage" their fans to harass cons into inviting them. (and this is literally every voice actor)
3. He claims Anime Matsuri is one of the less "presitgious" conventions. The most "prestigious" cons are Anime Expo (which has historically been pretty snobby about focusing on Japanese guests) and Otakon. Outside of those two, Anime Matsuri is realistically on par with any large (over 10k attendees) convention.
4. He claims authority over guests' con bookings. Outside of Crunchy-con, which had maybe one year before this whole thing started(?) that's a load of bullshit. The VAST majority of voice actors go through an agent or agency (considering that few negotiate directly with cons nowadays). Almost none are booked directly through one of the anime companies they work with unless you're setting something up with a con like Anime Expo where they're doing the "trade show" style thing.
5. If you're not one of the big 5-10 cons, most companies are hard-pressed to even return your calls/emails about permission to show/promote their shows, they're definitely not doing significant work to help conventions book celebrities.
Is Vic kind of a diva? Yeah, he totally is. Guess what, so are dozens of other voice actors, especially after they've been doing the con circuit for a few years.
EDIT:
I highlighted #6 because Sheehan LIED right there. He implies that the security system was added due to Vic's "behavior."
He didn't "lie" but like Pridemore, he IS deliberately misleading. Note he doesn't say that they installed the locks because of Vic, he just says they installed them and he referred to them as "Vic locks". You could even later claim that he named them thus because Johnny Otaku said he wanted to be Vic. That whole thing makes no sense anyway and is clearly misleading to slander. Why would they be "vic locks" anyway? the guy worked at FUNimation and could get through them with no issue any time. Unless FUNimation had some policy that all the other contractors could pass freely through that door, but not Vic, and yet there's no mention of such a policy.
