Yes. Has to be. Phil bald does indeed make him look like a rapist because of his deformed head and super bad body posture especially when moving. Watching his old videos its obvious why he never had sex with anything or one before panda. If he was walking down the street and I saw him I would get my phone out and cross the street just to be on the safe side.
He's fat, dresses like he is a homeless thief looking to get in unlocked cars for change, walks like he is about to tackle you and in general is just skeevey looking . I prefer him with hair takes the edge off of the rapist vibe.
Edit: part of the reason this pic looks good is because the dude has a normal head shape. Phil dont, his is flat and the effect is so different lol.
