The mods in speedrun liked him about as much as the avg user in this thread and saw an opportunity to nail him to the wall

You guys seem happy to just stoke the hate boner but does anyone have a concrete reason why the mods would cherry pick a handful of his streams and not test them all?
Statistical analysis is inherently biased. You don't aggregate statistics together without some point that you're trying to portray in doing so. Of course they suspected Dream of cheating, his luck seemed astronomical. And then, when they looked in and found that his luck was indeed astronomical, that doesn't mean it should be discounted. That's like saying the people who put together the statistics that linked tobacco smoking to lung cancer were biased and cherry picking because they already believed it was true after seeing everyone they know develop lung cancer from smoking, and therefor their proof should be disregarded. Of course they're biased. Of course they already believe that it's true beforehand. That isn't because of some logical flaw, it's because it's completely fucking obvious to anyone with more than two working brain cells that smoking causes cancer, just like it's completely obvious to anyone with even the most basic knowledge of probability that Dream is a cheater.

Even when Dream came back with his own analysis, one of the most biased papers I've ever read, he was only able to get his luck down to 1 in 100,000,000.

If you believe the people whose job it is to verify the legitimacy of a run are biased and cherry picking despite including multiple directly subsequent runs, while the one being accused of cheating is unbiased, you are a genuinely mentally deficient fanboy.

Did you hear Dream rented a place and moved in with Sapnap? No one will be at home to receive the dildo lol what a waste
I thought I heard them mention something like that on stream. I think Sapnap said the visit was sudden/recent decision, so I wonder if it's in response to the dox.

Has to be. Now that his fans know where his house is, they're gonna come and try to steal his hair or something. The people who follow him are insane.

I was off by one, I was correcting someone who said it was 20 runs,
It was 20+ runs that made it to the nether in 6 streams. This page in the document proves my point.

My main issue is that you’re mixing up streams and runs, as there is a difference. And the claims of cheating come from the abnormal amounts of ender pearl piglin barters and blaze rod drops. I will apologize for being mean-spirited though.

Edit: Also, if I recall correctly, the discrepancy in the amount of runs with ender pearls and blaze rods is due to blazes being killed in more runs, as something would happen to Dream in between the two events on some runs (death for example).

I have no authority here but I olitely ask you to spoiler that graphic, or replace it with a thumbnail, it's fuckin' huge.

All the toxicity of his fanbase including the gore art is the result of his autistic love affair with his fans. Can't comprehend how he knows of all of this and goes on to refer to them as "his kittens".
Gonna go out on a limb and say he's also probably a sex pervert and it'll come out he's been DMing explicitly with some of them. Because it's becoming a trend.

That is probably the case considering he takes no issue with the sexualization of his underage friends, and percieves cult devotion to him ( in the forms of this art too ) healthy behavior.

He didn't. He made a comparison about how when he says he 'loves' his fans, he means it the the same way as if he said that he loves kittens, or something along the lines of that. Now everyone and their mother is obfuscating it and saying he's calling his fans 'kittens'. Of course, feel free to correct me if I got it wrong.

You are right I was mixing up the terms, I was referring to them both using different terms in different posts but my main point Is illustrated well by the screencap. They only combed through a handful of runs and should have used the same process on other top streamers to give contrast as the graphic they show later to compare him to other streamers also has a very small sample size.

They should have gone through someone like forsens streams and got an equal amount of runs and put it through the exact same process

Without that comparison it just seems really agenda driven to me

Believable. Genuinely wouldn't suprise me if his fans took it out of context to self proclaim themselves as 'his kittens', his fans are crazy as shit.

Either that or someone using a burner to take a jab at his fans.

You don't NEED to use those streams. Those streams aren't using edited code, they're using the same code that the testers are running in their simulations. This is like saying that to find out if somebody has illegally tuned up a car, you can't compared it to cars on the factory floor to determine how much better it performs, but instead have to use the exact same fucking cars, except a random person off the street has to has driven them for a few hours first.

What agenda? You mean their job? Their job to verify the validity of runs? That agenda?

And what are you suggesting comparing it to other runs will prove? Will it find that it's actually quite common to hit a 1 in 70 trillion chance (or however much it was)? What the fuck is this?

Is this bait? Did you even watch the Geosquare video? He literally shows a graph of Illumina, Benex, & TheeSizzler’s pearl luck distribution compared to dream’s.
Daddy cheated. Sorry for your loss.

you know what I'm gonna argue that the sample size is 262 barters. (and 305 blazes) After all, each of these is a random event, so there you go. Now tell me, Dr. StudMccool, PHD, what would be an appropriate sample size and why? Moreover, do you agree that the observed data carries a p value of 1.325 504 × 10^{−13} or less?
