Trump Enslavement Syndrome - Orange man good. /r/The_Donald and any public demonstration of rabid pro-Trump enthusiasm in spite of all reason.

This is more or less where I've arrived at. I do not view "news" as being anything other than a series of advertisements from multinational corporations and I do not view it as anything resembling facts. It is pretty much just a batch of malicious garbage that represents nothing other than what multinational corporations want you to believe, for whatever nefarious reasons they have.

Long ago, I was very confused when I’d see a Lockheed Martin advertisement on one of the major news channels. Why would they advertise here, let alone anywhere? Do they think someone watching the news is going to realize they need to buy some precision strike weapons systems?

It became much clearer after someone pointed out that Lockheed was buying up all those ads as a way of maintaining influence over the news channel’s coverage. Oh, you’re going to run a story that’s negative press for Lockheed? Guess we’re pulling those ads. Bye bye to a big chunk of your revenue.

Just one of a million ways the system is rigged from the top. And this one is relatively subtle. (see also the Washington Post, owned by the world’s richest man, running “we can’t afford to send out $2000 checks” editorials)

And people wonder why guillotines are a popular concept. There are just so many heads that need to be removed from so many bodies.

And I'm certain that you'll be singing "La Marseillaise" as they march you to the guillotine for being insufficiently revolutionary.
Yes I would because life is worthless anyway. I would love to be like Danton though. I would love to yell to the horde "Behold my head! It is well worth seeing!"

Next time plan ahead and wear a diaper

One thing I've never got about the doomposters who insist that trannies, wokeness and diversity means the US is in terminal decline.

What exactly did Trump or the GOP do to stop any of those things?
The Trump era was a huge loss for the right:

- Online censorship is worse than ever
- Antifa ran buck wild with no repercussions
- Trade deficits deepened with China
- Jobs continued to be outsourced, factories continued to close
- Opiate crisis is stronger than ever

Trump managed to provide absolutely nothing of value to his base, I am therefore shocked that he lost the election!

Pence isn't going to block Biden's electors and replace them with Trump's. I knew this was essentially the case and it wouldn't be otherwise, but there you have it, he said it.

The Republicans have lost everything but the courts, and who knows when they'll fall. I saw one person in the party say "We'll just admit we made a deal with the devil and move on"... Of course, usually you don't just move on from a deal with the devil, but I guess this guy never read anything.

Ain’t it the responsibility of whoever organized this thing to buy the shitters, and not the mayor’s?
I think you can rent them? But yeah, some cities might have toilets you can rent and probably keep a few for emergencies, but I think that the people running a March have to buy them.

Leave it to the small govt people to expect the govt to take care of them.
