Smaller Communities that are awful but don't deserve a thread

Might've been mentioned before but the Warriors series fandom. A series of children's novels about cats, with a fandom made up unsurprisingly of adult women complaining about the lack of gay and trans representation. How a cat can be trans, one cannot say.
They also like to gang up on you if you like evil characters for some reason. The moment you say your favorite character is Scourge or Tigerstar, for example, you're targeted as a horrible person and are "cancelled".

Oh absolutely, how seriously they take these cats' lives is hilarious. Not openly explaining why this fake cat's actions are bad at every mention is proof that you agree with them and are therefore also evil. I see a lot of this surrounding Ashfur, I think it is. He's an antagonist so he's basically kitty hitler.

I recall that these cats are wild ones, with human-owned cats existing too. Do they ever appear in the franchise?

Yeah, they are called kittypets. The main character is a former one and they play a prominent role in various books like the Skyclan side-story and the comic spin-offs.

Warriors was the first book series I really got into back in elementary during the mid-2000s and 90% of the fandom were creating sparkle-dog tier OCs while budding furries self-inserted and declared themselves members of various clans while RPing. It was cringy, but as far as I was aware mostly everyone actively involved were children so that was to be expected. Besides some mild accusations of original character theft, I don't remember much drama. The most exciting thing was a brief period where a lot of people wrote Tigerstar rape fics and ignited both moral outrage and shipping wars.

Honestly, I grew out of the franchise after Power of Three ended back in like 2010 and by that point, there were 29 books total and three main series. I felt burned out by all of the characters and spin-offs. Erin Hunter was clearly milking it and I cannot believe this franchise is still around not to mention still pumping out periodic content. It doesn't look like much of the original fanbases is around so I assume the new group is all woke teens.

The RG Utena fandom, aka the OG anime genderspergs.
Fun fact they closed down their forum because I kept using it as a way to ask for invites to their Discord server and then proceeded to troll them about their gender autism. Now their server calls themselves a "retirement community" because they have no way to get new users lol.

Retro gaming hardware collectors. There's really no word in any language to describe the amount of soy and hipster elitism around it.

I don't recall the exact name they go by, but you know, those people who are obsessed with Theme Parks, like Disney, Universal, stuff like that and are basically like theme park attraction roadies who dress in all the merch and have their houses full of shitty Park related stuff, those people seem harmless but are huge spergs

The saddest channels are those not just obsessed with Disney in general, but obsessed almost exclusively with Disney parks and won't even touch any other company. Making video after video about shit as mundane as why lamp post #100 in tomorrowland is yellow or something.

The Drankengard/Nier fandom.

It’s full of autistic individuals screeching at any newcomer that got introduced to it through Automata because they have trouble understanding the extremely complicated lore and history behind those barely marketed games.
If you hang around the subreddit, discord and social media you’ll see the same names popping up, criticizing people for not going out of their way to watch a japan only stage play or reading a “canon” novel to get something that wasn’t explained in the games, some of these individuals dedicate their entire lives to Taro (the creator) and could probably have a place in one thread here due to their unhealthy obsession. What’s ironic is the creator says his games are less about the lore he adds for fun and more about the separate stories they tell.

Oh and of course they hate all the 2b porn. Even when she is pretty much designed for it.

It’s almost like you’re describing the Persona fandom.
Coming back to this now that I've actually played some of these games. These games just bring out the worst types of anime fans.

-Constant waifu wars, almost all of them over teenagers.
-Making canonically straight characters gay (in games that are infamous for allowing the players to make the MCs be manwhores with any available girls).
-Dislike a character = You're a monster, unless it's one we don't like. Then you're just less of a monster.
-Endless debates over whether 3, 4, or 5 is the best. That said, don't offer any sort of constructive criticism, because this series is perfect.
-Bitching about Persona 5 not being on Switch, usually Nintendo fans who have no interest in any of the other games.
-Smash Bros. fans. 'Nuff said.
-Shin Megami Tensei? What's that?

On the other hand, while it's far less spergy than Persona due to the lack of popularity, SMT fans definitely aren't without their faults, usually of the elitist variety.
-You haven't played this one game? Faggot.
-You want tips?! LOL, it's so fun watching scrubs suffer!
-"Oh, this series has mechanics similar to Pokemon." "UHM, ACKSHULLY, SMT CAME OUT BEFORE, DUMBASS."
-Why is my niche JRPG series not popular?! It's just not fair!!!

Godlike productions.
Its been around since 99 i think. Ive been there on and off for 10 years and its a real scatter shot to explain. When i started going it was all fema camps-obamas a commie and a kenyan- neberu- 2012 apocalypse-Denver airport. Then every 6 months it became a Christian board.

Some retard had someone trolling him on the site and his youtube. So he made a tread with a video woth him walking barefoot in shorts in the snow and showing off his katana ( all because someone kept calling him a soyboy on the site and on his gaming youtube channel. Best fucking thread on glp in years). Now the sites so tiresome, fun to shitpost sometimes

A lot of internet famous threads on here about small time creators often seem particularly likely to draw in extra autistically obsessed individuals and a-logs like flies on shit
