  • Foreclosed on homes of people who paid in full on their mortgages.
  • Foreclosed on homes of deployed military when the mortgage was up to date.
  • Which was banned from the military using it at one point due to the theft of accounts.
  • Which engaged in credit card fraud by signing people up for them without notifying them.
  • Which sent repo men to repo cars that were paid off or up on their payments.
  • That evicted poor people from homes they were caught up on and had movers throw all their stuff in the dump.
  • That got the police to evict people from houses that BoA had no financial stake in to take them over.
  • Closed the accounts of wounded soldiers and claimed that the accounts were never opened and that DoD records were wrong
  • Seized people's tax returns and refused to credit their accounts
  • Tried to prevent people from spending their own money on firearms

They used to rearrange transfer activity to force bounce charges for many years. I think they were sued multiple times over that. They had an algorithm that automatically rearrange transactions to maximize charges.

Possible 203 repeal/rework. More status quo shit, people being angry at politicians being beholden to corporate entities and selling out the average American, while ignoring said corporate entities. A group of corporate bootlicking authoritarians, will denounce another group of corporate, bootlicking authoritarians as being socialist. People continuing to mutter about some inevitable civil war but will contribute nothing to it, and we will all pirate The Mandalorian, while people in several states will now get to smoke weed without purchasing it from the town negro.

I mean, I had a feeling that it would be floated around, but that they wouldn't be able to gain enough definitive support for such a measure.

Now, however, all they'd need to do is splice up video footage of Charlottesville and this recent boogaloo among other things, play some sappy, melodramatic music over it, and it could gain some serious momentum. Something tells me that the Republicans would end up cucking on such a measure like they did on the federal assault weapons ban.

It's either that, or a wokewashed PATRIOT Act 2.0.
