One of the endless reasons why the GOP fail, on top of being beholden to corporations that hate them, talking shit about their voters while pandering to demographics that are both small and will never support them, etc. etc. is that they lack cadre loyalty. When the Dems decided that Russians hacked the voting machines and now controlled the US, everyone top to bottom pushed it and never budged on it for a second. Controlled opposition like Bernie crowed it from the rooftops even when it was used against him. Then their media mouthpieces amplified it. Same for BLM.

The equivalent would be if instead of shooing out Sydney Powell and now cannibalizing themselves about who can cuck the hardest everyone in the GOP declared that Hugo Chavez's ghost really did control the voting machines.
