Serious question for the law types, would his wife be able to (or at least have better standing) to DMCA the pics with her in them, since it's unclear if she consented to them being taken and distributed?

I don’t think this is a DMCA, though - sounds like a complaint under a CA revenge porn statute. Different law, no? Maybe she could say it but that would be accusing her husband of a crime and he could get prosecuted by the state even if she didn’t press the charges. Risky

Sorry, I wasn't implying this was a DMCA. Good point that it would be accusing Adam of a crime, so I guess she wouldn't do it if they are still together.

more then likely a lot of people that sue kiwi farms know very little about it, and it's history of surviving stuff like this unless you actually spend time browsing the site other then whatever thread you might have on you. It's also likely also he's contacted some kind of firm to file/send these sort of things to multiple sites, many of whom will remove the content.
