Sound about right. Cover isn't Hololive.
I was about to say this. Cover Corp. is a "cutting-edge 2D entertainment company," and Hololive Production is a "virtual idol group." One is owned and operated by the other. They are not the same.
I was honestly surprised, I knew Aqua was competitive, but didnt know she was THIS competitive, definitely didnt expect her to cry on stream about it.
It was pretty hard to watch, I felt horrible for her. Also, I think it's gross someone clipped it and translated it, personally. It's a real, visceral emotional breakdown and I really don't agree with showcasing it like this, but the internet is savage and we all like them clicks, so I get it.
She was all-in on defending her title, which seems gay to people like us but, a few things - Aqua is a "gamer," and super competitive at heart. Being good at video games is kinda what she's known for, and playing them is a big part of her actual, literal job. Lastly, she practiced her balls off for this (as a lot of the girls did but Aqua especially so, doing multiple autistic 10+ hour streams for practice).
All that and she ends up losing by ONE POINT. I'd probably cry, too. I don't blame her.
I like Luna a lot, but I'm not an expert. The two main theories I've heard is that she floats around a lot to try and make it big (which would explain her abandoning her smaller characters, but not exactly Nijinsanji). The other is that she was bullied while she was with Nijisanji, which I'm leaning towards. People who've been familiar with her for a long time say she was never really happy back then, compared to how much she loves collabing with people like Matsuri and Subaru.
Even Watame said that whenever they were rehearsing for 2nd fes, Luna would always be there waiting for her afterwords so they could grab something to eat afterwords.
And the first one also doesn't exactly make any sense, since her other account doesn't have a lot of subscribers and the videos are members only. As are her twitcasts locked behind fanbox. So it's not like she's advertising it or anything.
From what I understand is she had problems fitting in and couldn't make friends so she job-hopped a lot. But then said Hololive was the first group she was a part of where she really felt like she was loved, and had a family-type relationship with the others.
Some random peep shared this on some random discord im in
Was this shared before?
It's obviously Polka. It's funny as hell but anyone looking for dirt on her got the jackpot with this. I wonder under what capacity or name did she do this. I know she has an extensive internet presence but finding out when and where this happened seems like tall order, anyone?
God I fucking love the effort she put into this. This is on a Filthy Frank level
I'm thinking....uhhhhh based??? If they posted this as a gotcha then lmao, just the opposite.
Okay, you want some past life horror? Rushia was beaten by an ex boyfriend badly enough that she became androphobic. He was some big dick Japanese youtuber and she was 17 at the time, so he got arrested, but apparently they didn't prosecute.
