Yeah, this honestly is why it's hilarious. Sure, it's horrible that this ludicrous pearl-clutching crackdown shit is going on right now. But Baked is a snake and everyone knows it, the IP2 community figured a while back he'd jump ship and make an "the alt-right radicalized me" video again. Getting pinned down as the alt-right Trumper who stormed the capital building and skipped court is going to make it a lot harder for Tim to shed his skin and rebrand as a free speech centrist or weedbro libertarian or whatever.

You know, I'm willing to give the attorney the benefit of the doubt. We all realize what a colossal fuck-up Baked is. So imagine you have to try to explain to Baked how he's probably most certainly going to be found guilty, and the best option is for him to take a plea that has him make a bit of restitution to the victim and probably some community service.

Attorney: Tim, the evidence is pretty damning, and the fact it comes from your own stream makes it doubly-so. I recommend you take the plea deal.
Baked: No, I'm not taking the plea deal.
Attorney: But you could spend time in jail otherwise.
Baked: The only deal I'll take it dropped charges. You tell that nigger judge YOBA!

Baked: YOBA! Either the charges get dropped or we go to trial!

At that point unless you're Johnny fucking Cochrane you know you have a retard client and there's little you can do to stop this shitshow from happening. You do what you can knowing it's a losing battle.

Baked strikes me as one of those guys who gets out of the military as an E-1 to E-4, maybe an E-5. He knows just enough about the rules to not get into serious trouble, but not enough to prevent trouble. Legal/admin has to deal with rules all damn day so they are more book smart, and grunts have to learn them through trial-by-error so they're more street smart. They don't listen to reasonable counsel when they get into shit, they act like they know it all and it all comes crashing down on them eventually because they royally fuck up.
