I'm a sperg who likes shoegaze music (if you dont know what that is its like music with loud guitars which drown out the vocals which are normally distorted. Anyone here know any good shoegaze recommendations, I like Have a Nice Life and Slowdive alread
 
Plains of the Purple Buffalo by Shels and some Mogwai albums.

I prefer sludge and post-rock, but there's some overlap between those and shoegaze.

Surely you've listened to Loveless. It's probably the most popular shoegaze album of all time.

Also check out LSD and the Search for God's self titled album. It's fantastic.

Listen to Dan Barret's other projects, Black Wing and Giles Corey. (Giles Corey isn't shoegaze but it's still really really good)
Velocity : Design : Comfort is a classic.

giles corey is so good, I havent listened to much black wing but i will now
