Len is nothing, if not completely predictable, especially when it comes to behavior.
Consider this for a moment. Len was a part-timer who worked mid-days unless scheduled for truck. It was during this time a mysterious figure had been sneaking into the break room to steal food. On one particular occasion, the women at work were going to throw a baby shower for a co-worker. They picked up the cake during a shift and needed to keep it in the break room fridge until shift was over.
Hungry for cake after a whole hour of scanning boxes, an employee related to me that he watched Len slink into the breakroom after pulling an employee off the sales floor to sign off on a manifest. Ted walked in on Len trying cut himself a second slice of cake as he had ripped open the top of the cardboard/cellophane top and reached in, grabbing a fistful.
Before Ted could open his mouth, Len blurted out, "IT'S MY BIRTHDAY", despite the cake saying "It's a girl!" Len, in his hunger and autism, ruined someone's special day. The cake had to be thrown out. Ted apologized to the woman and paid out of pocket for a new one but it wasn't specialized as was ordered. They had to settle for some off the rack white cake.
It is unknown if Ted sent him home or if Len shit his pants in terror.
