Alright, I'm back, so it's time to go into Porky Pammy's current lolsuit, Swain v. Weinstien et al, filed September 1, 2020. This time around Spamela isn't being given a million second chances to fix her complaint so there aren't nearly as many documents to cover.
Take note on page 3 where Spamela called Judge Christopher Ray (the magistrate judge who handled her previous lawsuit) "crooked", alleged that he "refuses to let me have my day in court," and accused him of having "knowingly allowed criminal harassment activities" against her. I'm sure he loved reading that part when he was was subsequently assigned to manage this lawsuit as well!
Then Porky Pammy filed an "amended complaint", which was nothing more than a slightly abridged version of the same endlessly reiterated "amended complaint" from her previous lawsuit that was thrown out for being incoherent and without merit. Why? Because the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result, and Porky Pammy is a batshit bint.
This time out, Based Judge Ray doesn't play around and goes right to recommending the entire lolsuit be dismissed (including her claims against Null/Kiwi Farms) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. He makes it clear that allowing Spamela yet another chance to amend her complaint "is not appropriate here" because she's just recycling her last failed frivolous lolsuit where she had her chances and then some. Also check out page 11, where the judge brings up the future potential for sanctions against her if she continues to abuse the legal system.
So how does Porky Pammy respond to being told to stop abusing the legal system if she doesn't want to be declared a vexatious litigant? Why, she files two more amended complaints, of course! Because again, definition of insanity. There's some new delusions added to these reiterations of her grievances, as well as some totally unrelated Pammy life drama she's shoehorning in there for no real reason, so definitely check these docs out. She also takes the opportunity to demand Based Judge Ray be removed from the case to boot, because slandering him in legal filings worked so well the last time out!
Spamela's legal spergery and crazy are both obviously escalating at this point. It's clear this lawsuit will be dismissed as soon as Judge Hall gets around to it. I'm sure she'll just file another one though. Her delusions won't let her stop. I look forward to seeing Spamela be declared a vexatious litigant in the future, because that's where the road she's on is going.
