I just quickly wanna go back to last night's salty pork.
He gets his shit kicked in by cdndublo7, calls him "extremely lucky" despite the guy having like 20 wins in the lobby.
He cries and screams, then gets dominated again, and again. "Dood the game isn't working! Fuck this, I'm pissed!" Every excuse in the book. He even brought back the "game speed is wrong" one that we haven't heard in a while.
cdndublo7 wins against others a couple more times and then leaves the lobby. Phil then complains not that he lost, but that "now that dood thinks he's good, and he's gonna go brag about 'oh I beat darksydephil in this game!'" Insecurity at it's finest, calls the guy a stalker.
Then he leaves the lobby and happens to join a different one that cdndublo7 went to as well. "Oh, he's here! Fuck it, I'm gonna follow this guy around and beat him." Again, hypocrisy.
cdndublo7 loses to lilman_srx who is also good, so phil can't rematch him. Lilman_srx then again dominates phil, and then phil runs away like a bitch.
That is his legacy, folks. Beating up on easy players, taking advantage of situations to get ahead, and then when the real challenge begins he gets destroyed.

There was a fascinating rant this morning. A lot of gibberish, so to distill to the core points...
- Phil is upset that the devs that made the Tony Hawk reboots were liquidated and absorbed by Activision/Blizzard
- Phil demanded to know what they had even done as a dev recently
- Overwatch, Phil said, and, very sarcastically, more World of Warcraft
- Phil ranted that they were coasting, turning out the same content for years, and coasting on a subscription model and microtransactions
- He said they were a terrible business that used microtransactions to prey on their customers who get addicted and can't stop
- Phil was angry that this business model exists and that people could keep giving a company like this money for exploiting them
Even if he is correct about Activision/Blizzard, don't construe that as being justified, because the idiot talking both uses and is an extreme whale for exactly these same practices.
Which brings us to the real noodle scratcher: is this Phil projecting, as he sits under a 912 sub count and rewardless Patreon for content that hasn't changed or improved in years, or, is he actually projecting his own anger at Scopely for preying on his severe addiction.
It's a real train wreck when it isn't clear which is the case.

@Surly Muppet The sheer number of times I've observed Phil being a hypocrite has me pretty convinced at this point that he is such a selfish shit-head that he actually gets legit mad when others engage in behavior he recognizes as mirroring his own. Only HE should be getting away with acting like an asshole. Only HE gets to coast on with the same old schtick, never innovating or adapting, only HE gets to dangle a special treat for his mentally-challenged fans as a "reward" for giving him enough extra money for his liking, everybody else who wants to do that kind of thing is going to get bitched at. ESPECIALLY if they're more successful at it than him. Phil matters, Phil is special, Phil is awesome, everybody else better get with that or go fuck themselves.

Second, also surprised Piggy hasn't jumped on that schtick earlier, the whole "oh I beat DSP now I'm running away so he can't rematch and body me off to the forums do brag of my deeds" routine could be worked into his gameplay.

He's nearly 3 hours still on the 2nd level. This is quite possibly the biggest stalling I've seen so far.

Just wait until he plays Yakuza 7 tomorrow. He said that it'll take 2-3 hours to beat the game, but HE HAS TO DO SOME MORE SIDE KHANTENT FIRST. He's just going to do the business minigame for the entire stream duration again isn't he?
