Women are socially conditioned to be passive and nice, especially to people like russ, who on the surface, appear to be harmless and sped. If I didn't know what a creep he was, I'd probably be polite at first. I'm generally a nice person, unfortunately. The good news is Russ has indirectly taught me to be less accommodating in general.

I believe he will escalate. I also believe it will go poorly for him. I hope it doesn't go poorly for his intended victim.
Gavin de Becker (a security expert) wrote a book about this called The Gift of Fear: and Other Survival Signals that Protect Us. Part of the problem with dealing with stalkers like Russ is even acknowledging them at all simply encourages them. This is why it is often better simply to ignore them entirely.

I'm sure it's a very good book. But let's be real. It would have been a very different book had author's name been Gavinne de Becker.

Anyone else feel Russ is becoming less and less interesting? A few years ago was full of epic chimpouts and public displays of autism the likes of which the world has rarely seen.

But now he's basically devolved into a 50 year old boomer who comments "hey sexy want to chat" on social media profiles of anything with a vagina.

Russell's only talent was his ability to make a fool of himself and he still does it granted, but not as much and not as big as trying to accuse Ariana Grande of hate crimes and terrorist attacks.
I think he's trying to keep his head down while he's on probation. He's scared of jail.

Even telling them to fuck off gives them encouragement. Remember when he claimed Swift had sent him a cease and desist letter? We thought he was lying because if he had he would have posted it for all the world to see.

Narcs tend to be less explosive as they age and life beats them down. (And no one has ever put themselves in the path of life's kicking like our boy Russ). They stay toxic and repulsive but tend to only hurt those close to them...so I dunno how it will go with him with no humans around him to tether him to reality. Obviously his social isolation is a factor. I guess it depends on how much he is internalising the universe's message that he's a useless retarded piece of shit versus his grandiose ego wanting to rail against that fact. I can see him fading into obscurity, muttering incoherently about how he was passed over for fame the whole time.

With good reason. This doofy fuck absolutely WILL be bringing in a lot of zoo zoos and wham whams for some faction or other, Hopefully his lawyer at least gave him the quick and dirty on how he's on the fast train to becoming the dayroom dick dump.

He has threatened to show up at Erika’s residence. I 100% think he will ramp up and become emboldened. And I think he is quite capable of harm. Can he fight, probably not? Can he shoot? Unsure, although you don’t have to be skilled with a gun to succeed in hurting someone with it. But any idiot can buy a knife and it takes much less effort to effectively harm someone with a knife if that person has the element of surprise and an unarmed victim.
Not that I'm saying he will but if Ratmouth ever did go after somebody with the intent to kill he's more likely to use a knife.

It's cheaper to get and his impotent rage would bubble over and he'd really get into the stabby stabby part of it.

Latest order from his lolsuit with Null. TLDR: the court has not thrown out the suit on first glance (I suspect because of the sole part that makes any sense, the copyright complaint portion) but is requiring Greer to provide information for service and has established a deadline to that effect. Russ has no excuse as he is not even doing the serving since he blew all his money on hookers and stupid songs so he gets to have the government do it for him via IFP (your tax dollars at work, ladies and gentlemen). He's been given a homework assignment. Whether he will still fail to meet basic procedural deadlines is still an open question, given that this is the guy who decided to buy a too-short USB cable for a court appearance.

Considering Null has actually told Russ where to serve him, and he still didn't pay attention, we have another dismissal coming.

I'm not sure he can serve that physical address (but not Null, physically) without reinstating his motion for alternative service. But knowing Russ he'll just make excuses after the deadline passes (oh, I moved, I was busy with my next big hit, etc)

Interesting. This order is quite favourable to Russ. In essence:

He was out of time to serve, so court extended to March 31, 2021.

The US Marshall's will actually attempt to effect service, provided Russell meets the condition that by February 15, 2021 Russell provides names/addresses of who is to be served.

The IFP Statute screening process findings say that Russell should be able to proceed with his lawsuit too. And, as he sought alternative service which was not granted previously, because IFP test wasn't performed as yet, he can now attempt to get alternative service granted again.

But he must file an affidavit or something to show his efforts to effect service before February 15, 2021 and provide the addresses so the US Marshall can attempt service. He also has the option to renew his claim to get a further extension of time to serve. I mentioned in a previous post that when he was seeking alternative service, they don't just hand that shit out. You have to show you exhausted all efforts to get alternative service. My post is here with that spiel.

@Null update on Russell's case.

The address Jersh gives is to sue Lolcow LLC, not himself. You cannot serve a person at that address. Just look at what is going on in the Melinda Scott case.

And mentioning Melinda, how many think Russ will attempt to serve Jersh's lawyer? I'm calling this right now. But the same thing will happen there that happened when he attempted to serve the lawyer in the Taylor Swift lawsuits. This could be beautiful guys. Legal chimp outs on the horizon?

Why? You're allowed to move after filing a lawsuit. If anything I would imagine it presenting a logistical problem for Russ if there were to be a hearing he had to attend.
Yes, logistical problems are one of the big holes I mentioned(bad wording on my part). Another problem, in my opinion, is that if Josh were to make a forum non convieniens argument in his attempt to dismiss this suit(if Josh ever needs to reply), the fact that there are financial problems that could be caused by this specific court to both parties (movement to the court to attend hearings, more costly shipping for Russels motions, etc), under the arguments presented in Summa Corp. v. Lancer Industries, Inc. , could serve to increase the chances of the suits dismissal
The purpose of the doctrine of forum non conveniens is to provide protection against a plaintiff selecting a remote court where added time, trouble and expense would result in unreasonable inconvenience and hardship to the defendant, when the cause could better be tried in a more convenient court.

There is no provision in our statutes or our rules of procedure expressly authorizing the dismissal of an action on the basis of forum non conveniens. However, as part of the inherent power that our district courts have, as courts of general jurisdiction, they undoubtedly could refuse to exercise jurisdiction if convinced that it would place an unreasonable burden upon some or all of the parties, or upon the court, to try the case here.
I'm not arguing on whatever or not such motion would actually succeed. But that does, theoretically, open yet another hole in his suit ripe for attack.
how many think Russ will attempt to serve Jersh's lawyer?
Is he aware of the case? If so, then, yeah, definatly

The problem with all this for Russ is that he's going to do what he always does. He will half follow the order and then insist that the courts are just being unfair to him when they dismiss it.

He hasn't named the farms LLC properly either, has he? It's been a while since I've seen the petition but didn't he just list it as kiwi farms.net or something?

It goes back to his belief that if he makes an effort, no matter how half assed, that should be enough.

It's only effort by his standards. The rest of us wouldn't even consider that the most BASIC effort. He truly just uses his tard card as a free pass all the time.
He thinks if you hold him to the same standards as everyone else that it's discrimination. He's said he expects exceptions to be made to the rules because he's disabled, even if the rules have nothing to do with his disability. He expected TS's team to waive the unsolicited policy just because it was him. We all know what happened next. He doesn't grasp that discrimination law guarantees EQUAL treatment, not special treatment.

With his disability and the resulting discrimination, all the hateful stalking of the Kiwi Orchards and the lack of a boyfriend free trophy wife, you have to treat him special. How else is he going to get even close to being treated like everybody else?
If you just would have let him tell his side of the story, you would have understood that by now.
