A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

when i say "get their fair shakes", i don't mean "let them do it because they want to, even if they're not technically qualified". i wholeheartedly agree that it's dangerous for everyone involves, and also a huge disservice to women. this is my assumption of how it works, or at least how it SHOULD work:

let's say a woman who can finish the navy's 1.5 mile run in 18 min is in the 80th percentile when it comes to women's run times, while a man who can do the run in 16 min is in the 60th percentile for men's. if there was one set time, it would be the bare minimum 16 min, which may mean that a woman would have to be in the 95th percentile and be exceptionally athletic just to compete. if it can be observed that women and men who meet the 80th and 60th percentiles respectively are found to be physically capable enough for the job, then those time limits are the ones set for each sex. ideally, it's not meant to make it "easier" for women to get in in the sense that they don't have to be as fit as the job really demands-- but rather so those women in the 80th-94th percentile don't get dismissed even though they're just as or more fit than men in the 60th percentile and technically qualify.

i hope that makes sense. i could be completely wrong, but that what seems logical to me.
Why wouldn't they both need the same actual time? Isn't that the performance metric they're trying to hit? (Can you run from point A to point B in X minutes?)

And they weren't even married for that long... Just three years. Portner's heart must be broken...
And she showed support to her crazy wife when she came out, but it was probably to avoid backlash, or maybe because she thought that their relationship wouldn't change that much (especially because I don't see Ellen going on T).

At first I thougth that this was a publicity stunt, now I'm wondering if Ellen is that kind of troon that insists that their former persona never existed, that they had always been a man/woman/non-binary, and pestered her wife insisting that Emma fell in love with her even though she was 'male' so she had to declare herself bisexual for the whole world to see.

Because if Ellen has that kind of crazy in her, I'll go grab my popcorn and enjoy the trainwreck.

I never saw the problem with dont ask dont tell. Why the fuck should you be talking about what you prefer to stick your dick in at work?
Because raging faggots, loony troons, insufferable "pansexuals", and roided lesbians wouldn't be able to cry OPPRESSHUN otherwise.
These seething degenerates aren't "just people who happen to gun for their own team", they're LGBTQIIAAMP+, and fuck you if you won't celebrate and coddle them.

There are two types of physical performance tests - ones designed to see if you can carry out the task you're meant to be carrying out at your job, and proxy tests that are supposed to measure your general fitness level. So, for example, being able to do X pushups in one minute has absolutely no relevance to... pretty much any potential physical job, but that is a good proxy for upper body strength and health, which is what they're really meant to measure. For proxy tests meant to measure physical fitness, it's fair to lower the standards for women as long as they're not job-relevant. If your job doesn't involve running, then the running score doesn't really matter beyond being an indicator of your health/fitness.

Don't Ask, Don't Tell wasn't just about not talking about sex at work, it was "if you in any way indicate you're in a same-sex-relationship, you're discharged." That meant extremely innocuous things like mentioning that you're planning to go hiking with your boyfriend on the weekend or being seen out on a date.

I'm still not sure how it was a negative in the first place.

There were servicemembers hounded out even if they didn't "tell".

It hasn't happened in sports when FTMs want to compete with men. I have heard of some FTMs getting pissed when they come dead last in sports like swimming or track (despite having great times when they competed on the females team), and they cry about how it's unfair and they deserve special treatment and accommodations, they just get ignored or told to go back on the women's team. And if sports doesn't want to be accommodating to them, why the hell would the military?

I mean, I can see the military allowing the ones who do pass the height requirement to initially join, but they'll quickly wash out once they're unable to keep up with the men.

They're already changing the dress code rules to accommodate trannies. Women, and "women", can now have ponytails and wear jewelry and nailpolish while on the clock. If actual women were asking for this, there's no way the military would bend over backward to accommodate.

Trannies will get everything they demand as long as a Dem administration is calling the shots.

I have to wonder what the brass actually think though. I've heard it claimed that they're clamoring for trannies to be able to serve openly, but I find that hard to believe. On almost every practical metric, trannies are a liability: risk of harassment/rape in female barracks; letting subpar men in because they're being tested as "women"; letting women enlist under women's standards and then having to put them in men's units without a retest; special treatment vis-a-vis medical treatment, time off for recuperation, and continued care in the field no one else gets. I knew a guy who had a benign brain tumor who was medically discharged even though he was fine after surgery.

Special treatment in particular is going to piss off the rank and file. No matter what their politics, everyone I've known who's served can't abide the idea of someone getting something they didn't earn, especially in a military context. Good luck maintaining morale if there's a tranny in the unit.

What will also really piss people off is that if these troons are held to women's physical standards during PT tests, this will give them an unfair advantage in terms of promoting. I believe the results of PT tests are actually considered when it comes to promotions-- PT standards are altered depending on what age/sex you are. If the troons compete with women, of course they will have better outcomes and receive higher rank within the military structure.

EDIT: PT = physical training

LOL WTF even is Bumble?
Something that no one you know ever heard about and no one you know ever will after this news piece inevitably gets buried.
WP said:
Bumble is a location-based social application that facilitates communication between interested users. In heterosexual matches, only female users can make the first contact with matched male users, while in same-sex matches either person can send a message first.[2][3]

Users can sign up using their phone number or Facebook profile, and have options of searching for romantic matches or, in "BFF mode", friends. Bumble Bizz facilitates business communications. Bumble was founded by Whitney Wolfe Herd shortly after she left Tinder, a dating app she co-founded, due to growing tensions with other company executives. Wolfe Herd has described Bumble as a "feminist dating app".[4] As of September 2019, with a monthly user base of 5 million, Bumble is the second-most popular dating app in the U.S. after Tinder.[5] According to a June 2016 survey, 46.2% of its users are female.[6] According to Forbes, the company is valued at more than $1 billion, and the company reports having over 55 million users in 150 countries. Weaksauce woke attempt for a Tinder/Grindr replacement?

Weaksauce woke attempt for a Tinder/Grindr replacement?
LOL. I'm sure women looking for dates will LOVE to get endlessly harassed by fat men in drag.
Guarantee you a large portion of the attractive women will be banned from that app within a few months from tr00ns reporting them.

From what it sounds, not only do these apps data mine all your social media accounts, now they'll use policing "body shaming" and "transphobia" as a justification to data mine/collect people's actual private messages and photographs to one another.
