I suppose that's possible, although the fact that the registered owner was an LLC named for its address suggests that it was incorporated specifically just to purchase, remodel, and sell that particular property.

1116 Graddick is an LLC under the Derrick Living Trust. The trust appears to own the 1116 Graddick property but that’s not what was sold to Rhys. The property Rhys purchased from the trust is 5869 Kirkwood Ave in North Charleston. It’s a 4 bed/ 1.5 bath single family built in 1968.

Oddly enough, Rhys is about to find this out first hand when Danny goes to prison and the condo gets foreclosed or sold for taxes. (There is no way in hell Rhys is going to pay the full amount while his boyfriend in doing a dime upstate) Then Rhys will have to live with these terrible people he claims to champion. Sure, trans "women" do face violence. But that is because they are usually engaged in very high risk behavior (like prostitution) and they are, as far as I am aware, always killed by other men. A trans woman is much more likely to be a killer of women than to be the victim of a female killer. Sorry, Rhys, that is just the facts. Rural Southern poverty with a side of drugs. Our local dealer chopped up one girlfriend and the other one stole plastic bags from her workplace to carry the parts and dump them. The cops didn't have much work to do once the tide came back in. Nearly all the crime here is drug or alcohol related and usually those "known to the police" are low income tenants. It's structural, fixable, and sad, but why oh why would you choose that cohort to be your income stream?

There is one case where a troon alleges he was assaulted by two women in a nightclub bathroom. This happened in January 2019 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
This same troon, Geoffrey Jamal Lee, was later charged with assaulting a different woman at a different bar in July of 2019. Through the years Lee has also racked up a series of DUIs, the latest just this past November.
In order to access criminal records including verdicts in North Carolina, you have to do so in person at a self-serve kiosk. So beyond these two reported incidents, I can’t say if any of the involved parties were tried or convicted. They all appear to be out (see the DUIs) and living so I’m guessing they pled down or had the charges dropped.
Not really the type of agonizing case of victimhood that would be useful for Rhys like say the 10 year old girl raped by a troon in a grocery store bathroom (after he’d already assaulted a 12 year old girl in similar circumstances). Or the troon activist busted for raping a 4 year old girl and filming it. Or the other troon activist who raped a deaf woman. Or the troon who lured a seven year old girl into a basement and raped her. I could keep going but I’ve got dinner to fix.
