Don't know about diabetes but the turn of the toes all inward to each other, almost twisting; denotes wearing shoes that are cheap and too narrow for you. See also little toe being a lot redder and shorter and almost partially hiding behind next toe. Although of course could be just fucked feet genetics but signs point otherwise.
