To truly answer this question I'll have to explain Bob's worldview which obviously requires a lot of sperging. As such I'll put my answer in a spoiler so that people who want to point and laugh at the cow instead of reading my analysis of his political views can skip it.

Bob has described himself as a ”small-t technocrat”. I have no idea why he feels the need to point out the small T because there isn't a major organisation called the Technocratic Party, Movement, PAC or whatever. Regardless, his point is clear - he feels that technology will take over the world and provide a Superior Future, if you will.

Bob has also said that parts of America don't matter and that they should be destroyed in that Superior Future. All this is pretty basic Bobology, but it sets the scene for what I'm going to get to.

Moviebob believes that AOC was a ”project” by the ”Sunrise Institute” that will ”end” leftists Blob disagrees with and Republicans. (side note - the ”Sunrise Institute” is a bunch of environmentalist college students in matching T-shirts that campaign for the Green New Deal. It is not the shadowy group of leftist technocratic elites that make random bartenders Congresswomen for shits and giggles that Bob seems to think it is). Broadly speaking, he believes that AOC is the leader of this technocratic, elitist revolution and that she will genocide the mayo ghouls when she takes office.

We can discuss Bob's sexual preferences at length if we want to, but this is neither a mosque nor a BDS meeting and, as such, I'd rather not share Islamic content with you all. What is true is that Bob seems to have a fetish for working under ”strong women” (see his support for Hillary) and a fetish for humiliating Republicans (see his, quite frankly, misogynistic remarks about any woman right of the late Karl Marx). Bob wants to combine the two by making AOC president and getting a post in her administration as Minister for Mayo Ghoul Genocide or something similar, and he wants to do this by appealing to the imaginary image of AOC he's built in his head by supporting neoliberalism at every opportunity so that the superior future can be put into place, mayo ghouls can be genocided and Bob can ”converse with intelligent robots”.
