But if you don't believe what bipolar manic claims that Ken Jennings is cruel, Kiwifarms kills people for sport and can't dox correctly, and Rittenhouse was looking to kill people, you're gullible.
I would've archived all this even if the pandemic didn't happen. A lot of it is sympathy for Vic and some of his supporters(the ones who are not childish retards) and sick of seeing kickvic being scummy and deceitful.

It's funny that they think no one lies in court because it's court. They really do live in a fantasy world. And these people are so selective in their reading and hearing it's almost sad. Lying can easily be seen sometimes, but it easily slips by if you're a cuck, simp, sjw, etc like these folks. Also, changing the story multiple times is "entirely consistent with truthful, unrehearsed testimony" the hell is this fat woman smoking? Someone needs to put shamue back in her cage before her stupidity spreads anymore.

I mean, they ignore the fact that Stan Dahlin, Erica McCord, and Vic himself have directly and specifically contradicted some or all of their stories, under oath.

That's what's always amazed me, that they point to these affidavits like they are some damning evidence that 100% proves vics guilt,yet almost if not all of them are from people who share the same political views,personally know each other & all have a reason TO lie & dislike vic. It sure wouldn't be the 1st time a group of people lied & tried to destroy someone over politics or something petty. Not to mention you have affidavits peppered in by people with serious mental issues & records of lying in legal matters. It's also VERY hard to believe that Vic was this ravenous sex pest who did this for 20 years yet never sent 1 sexual Text message,email,voicemail,dickpic ect.to any of them Nothing. That shit would have leaked by now

The even more amazing thing is that the MoRon affidavits have fuck all to do with what Vic is suing for.
Except for Monica's statement (I forgot if she ever gave a formal affidavit), no affidavit talks about whether Vic attacked her in his hotel room. The only affidavit that actually talks about the alleged incident is Stan Dahlin's, and it was basically lol nope.
The MoRon affidavits are defamation shielded by court privilege, plain and simple.
The Funimation affidavits do some hand wringing about Vic being terminated by Funimation. They never give a straight answer whether they had evidence if Vic had attacked the Yost twins or Sarah Bachmeyer (I'm ignoring the jellybean story because it's so patently retarded I don't know what the fuck Denbow was thinking that she just didn't laugh Monica out of her office). They then bizarrely argue that their February 11th tweet was talking about randos of the anime community when every single fucking person, anti- or pro-Vic, understood the tweet to be about Vic. What was the standard again? Oh yeah, "would a reasonable person of average intelligence believe..."

As far left as these VAs are I really wouldn't be surprised to find out that they did it because Vic wasn't. This is what confuses me about what they say, that he is a terrible predator and such yet not once has there ever been a report of any kind made. And they always bring up the hundreds of women and people who were hurt by Vic. Coworkers, convention staff, con goers, fans, parents, etc yet no one made any reports and I find it impossible that the parents of so many children as they put it would not file anything against the con and Vic. They keep adding more lies on top of lies but it's ok for them since they have a legion of brain dead simps.
That may be part of it, but I'm told the appeal process is long in general and probably the more popular ones are dealt with sooner.

Partially. Also, appeals take a long period of time, plus you're dealing with the fact that Beard and Harris are appealing every single claim that was dismissed by Judge Chupp and Lemoine appealing the sanctions fee.

Except for the ones from the defendants, none of them are even remotely relevant to the case, either. They're just general allegations that Vic is a dick.

It doesn't matter if what they are saying about him is true or not. It's the fact that they are saying it and openly trying to ruin his career and business prospects. That's illegal and them trying to shield more defamation behind court documents only lends more credit that they were out to destroy him to begin with. You can't just go out in Texas and ruin people's lives or any chance for them to make a livelihood. There are laws in place to protect people's rights to have a job and make ends meet, regardless if they are a criminal in secret or not.
I'm honestly shocked that this case has been drawn out as long as this when it's painfully apparent that the defendants defamed Vic and still continue to do so in every single way they can get away with.

Defamation per se means defamation so heinous, Vic doesn't have to allege a numerical amount of damages in his pleadings. If someone accuses you of a crime or sexual misconduct (both of which happened to Vic), the court presumes that your reputation has been damaged (who wants to hang out with or hire or give money to a criminal or pervert?), so you automatically presume damages.
Statements aren't actionable defamation if they are true. Monica's hotel story is very damaging. If false, it's defamatory, because it's a lie that caused damage. If it's true, well, it's Vic's own damned fault. Truth is an absolute defense against defamation. You can call, say, Scott Freeman a child porn collecting pervert who probably whacks it to little girls, and he would have no defamation case against you because it's true.
What you're probably thinking of is tortious interference, specifically tortious interference with existing contracts. In that case, even if every single thing you say about Vic is true, you can still be held liable since the very act of interfering with that contract is the tort.
There's tortious interference with prospective business relations, which is a little different. That requires an underlying tort, like defamation.
Also, there's no real law about protecting someone like that. If businesses don't want to hire you, you can't force them to hire you. Now, if the reason businesses refuse to hire you is because you were defamed, well, that's why you get to collect damages.

Isn't he sueing for both defamation per se and tortious interference? Both would apply, no? I mean, what they are saying about him isn't true to begin with and they technically did screw up his chance at business really early on. Unless that is also something else I am thinking of. I can't fathom what though.
