I got sad news and tiresome news:

Ron Rodecker, creator of Dragon Tales passed away last week at 90 years old. The cause seems to be old age and not corona-related. Dragon Tales was a cute show (sometimes Ord creeped me out though) and dude seemed like he was always having a good time. RIP to a legend.

Just when we thought we're free of those confounded ponies and the freaks who love them too much, they're coming back and woker than ever in a new movie. A new character is described as an activist by Hasbro and used the magic word "inclusive". Prepare for the obvious to happen if you still care for some reason.

Was looking through Twitter today, until i stumbled upon this tweet apparently showing Dan Milano AKA The Co-Creator of Glitch Techs, harassing artists who drew porn of his characters

And that's at least understandable... but it's pretty unprofessional to track down innocent artists and telling them to go fuck themselves

I could get not wanting people to @ him with porn of his characters, but if you're gonna make cartoons or anything with characters, you just have to accept that R34 will happen at some point. That's just a fact of life.

I also think Teen Titnas Go isn't that bad, if you don't like it, don't watch it. Only whiny cartoon spergs would waste their time being consumed on a show that they don't like. The show sells a bunch merchandise, and does well with little kids, that's why it's currently the longest running show (by episode count) on cartoon network. Who cares that TTG is filling up the schedule on cartoon network, cable is dying, it you wanna watch other shows so bad, do streaming, and stop acting like a whiny little bitch.

While I can agree with the over all statement of not sperging over cartoons, arguments like these go too far in the other direction and come as equally bitchy. I firmly believe that nothing is above fair critique and so long as you don’t go completely asperger’s over animation, you don’t deserve fallacies like “Don’t like, don’t read”.
For the record, I find TTG simply meh at worst and the constant clogging up on the airwaves is on incompetent network heads, who deserve all the criticism.
