Watching Vic’s twitch chats and reading the messages he sends people who email him and you can immediately see why he does well at conventions. He gets the people to buy into him, and gets them to promise to see him at a convention.
If Vic decided to open a mortgage firm to compete against Ron, he would drive him into dust so quickly, based solely on how he talks to people and gets their buy in.

Besides Armin, the only other returning role that I can think of that was from a well received show was the main character from Quintuplets (which I don't think has an official dub announcement yet). The role he lost was probably for some random show that hasn't been announced yet.

EDIT: Also, though unlikely, is the chance the gig was something not animoo related at all.

As crazy, violent and spergy ron is, that woud be amusing but maybe more amusing if Vic was hired on by the firm ron works at. A good laugh for us and everyone will get to see how violent and crazy their soyboy is.

Ron would throw a massive hissy-fit and demand him gone, or he'd willingly remove himself to get away from Vic--in which by doing so, suddenly the firm is a less tense place to work at and the female coworkers' stress levels drop to near-zero.

He also mentioned he wanted to continue voice acting as long as fans wanted him and he didn't care what studio it was, including Funimation 💔 like, boy.....no...

Also there was something at the end. Like "isn't this nice that we chat like this? We don't play video games or (something about just talking) We actually bring you in and interact with you." Can't remember the exact words but it felt like a dig at... someone else....who maybe streams on twitch.

I have to disagree. Generally speaking, there are three reasons why a twitch streamer becomes popular.

One, they're really good at a particular game, so people come in to watch and learn.
Two, they're decently attractive, have tits, and simps lose all sense of dignity to become paypigs.
Three, they're genuinely interesting. For these people, viewers don't come to watch the gameplay. They could be playing Dark Souls, or chess, or Hatoful Boyfriend, and people wouldn't care because, in general, the streamer is interesting and likes to interact with the audience. He's apparently a potato at video games and doesn't have a desire to stream them, but if he did start playing some boomer game like the OG Super Mario he'd still be popular and interactive with his audience.

Purple polka dots with glasses is Justin Briner, purple on the far left is David Matranga.

If you mean the white shirt, that's Clifford Chappin.

His AoT character also doubles as the narrator. That character hasn't appeared in the new season yet, but he's been doing the narration for the new episodes. IMDB says he hasn't voiced anything in Black Clover since 2019. A non-anime side job seems more likely.

S1 of Quintuplets has a dub. IDK about S2. I ain't watching it even subbed (I know which girl wins, I'm fucking annoyed about it).

Purple Ginger with Glasses is Justin Briner. He was in TFS for the FF Abridged one (I think he played Cloud in it, I never saw it).

He says there's no bad blood with his client moving on to someone else, but his tweet announcing he was losing his house over it came off as super aggressive. And I thought menstruating women had terrible mood swings.
