Bob is both an appetite and an erection with legs. He'll say and do whatever it takes to satisfy both.

I'm currently watching Apocalypse Now. It's a movie about the Vietnam War and how it was basically a madhouse filled with chaos and death. There's a character who is a colonel obsessed with surfing, to the point where he'll commit atrocities, ignore all incoming attacks and put his men in danger in order to create the perfect wave to surf on. He reminds me of what Bob would be like if he were ever given any kind of power (although instead of surfing, substitute Nintendo.) Bob is one of those people so obsessed with his appetites that he'll never notice the rising tide of danger around him - the anger of the Americans who feel their vote was stolen from them, and who feel their guns may soon be. God help Bob if SHTF and his hometown ever gets attacked (by the right or the left.) He won't notice the mob until it's right on his doorstep, and he'd probably fold like a cheap chair if they ever attacked him.

He does that with politicians too, to the point where he implied AOC was a centrist neolib.

Why do I have a feeling Ashley Jankowski is at it again?

> implying Bob could type a sentence without comparing us to 8chan
:story:

Aren't there some performances in Venice or something?

Let's admit that that's because he thinks geek culture being acceptable will get him laid.

1) my test for politicians is simple. If I can't imagine myself having a beer with that person, I won't vote for him. I want to know that a politician doesn't sneer at normal people before I even think about supporting him.
2) yay, more elitism! It's not like being an elitist is why Breadtube hates you or anything.
3) anti-Semitism? If you're talking about Soros, it isn't anti-Semitic to call Jews out for doing shitty stuff.
4) I guess the way he talks about his enemies makes it clear that he's very much a lapsed Catholic. Jesus Christ said to love your enemies, but Moviebob wants to murder his.
5) repeat after me, Moviebob.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a politician. It is alright for other people to criticise her, and me white-knighting her obsessively does not mean that she'll fuck me.
6) Greta Thunberg did not invent the phrase ”how dare you”.
7) ”populism is cancer” - Moviebob.
”A list of populists includes... Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez” - Wikipedia
”criticising AOC is terrorism” - also Moviebob
Guess Moviebob's a terrorist then.
8} I love how Blob filters Peter Coffin's name out because he's scared to talk about him.

Hopefully. Trump and Brexit are both proof that the people can always defeat an elite and a people with that knowledge aren't just going to forget it.

Yeah. This can be seen by the fact that he also supports Hillary, despite the two agreeing on practically fuck all.
i think that censoring Coffin's name has more to do with him not wanting to get caught subtweeting him or have anyone not familiar with the situation see the name and thus look him up and find out what's going on because anyone who's not a Bobby's Angel/Bob Fanatic will probably side with Peter instead.

For someone who tweets so often, Bob gets ratioed and blocked all the time, and his tweets barely get any likes. They almost always backfire on him. The whole "Twitter is middle school and numbers don't matter" was pulled right out the rectum wasn't it? Certainly didn't feel the same way with Orange Man the past four years.

To THINK, the things I could accomplish with his work ethic and stamina that he pisses away on Twitter.

but then of course, it's likely Bob has an overly narrow view of the definition of Populism that he somehow acrobatically excuses AOC from being because reasons.
There's an easy explanation to that: All the women he's thirsting for aka wants to shag can't do no wrong. Our permavirgin Blob puts them on a pedestal of eternal thirst and undeserved glorification. Simple as that.

I'm wondering what it would take for Bob to truly hit rock bottom.

I mean, he is pretty damn close to it, but I think he hasn't fully hit rock bottom until the cancel culture crowd fully focuses their attention to him and he either gets his Twitter nuked or ends up going dark like Dobson did.

He already is at rock bottom.
No shape, no charm, no meaningful property, no relationships, no career prospects, no savings.

They still wont let him die because he can still serve as a distraction.

Dobson probably figured it out and finally gave it a rest and started over.

Many reaons:
Sinking cost fallacy. He invested himself too much into this to let go and start over.
Blood price for Betrayal. Even if he got over that and wanted start over the other wokes would not let him live it down and he knows that. They very well may have some dirt on him in order to ensure his loyalty.
Childhood grudges. Still assblasted over highschool dudebro chad bullies if some takes in his old GO videos are of any indication.

I can sense that at some point in the near future... He will quit his job to be a full time podcaster. The worst kind of decision someone in his situation can take.

I hope that he doesn't go for that. Mostly for the sake of his family because he's obviously going the same idiot path as Bob.

And yet, you beg for money and blow what money you have on craft beer.
I cannot understand how a grown ass man with a daughter and a wife doesn't have his priorities straight in such dire times.
But then again, we are in a time when men that have been married for years troon out and fuck up their marriages beyond repair, so this is not as bad as worst case scenario. But still pretty fucked up that Chris cannot or will not prioretize the well being of his family.

Bob and his brother might think that the "evil right wingers" cannot have empathy or that having it is a weakness, but as much as i dislike Bob and i'm beginning to dislike Chris, i feel for them because they are slowly throwing their lives in the gutter and those around them will suffer for it, making their lives even more miserable than they already are.

Keep defending those billionaires Bob I'm sure they'll reward you in the Superior Future of the new normal with a robot body and a spaceship because you were such a good cheerleader for them. Nah your reward will be more processed junk food, craft beer, and written by committee light shows on movie screens. Exactly the same as now.

Living out his fantasies of making all the inferior, unintelligent, wasteland ghouls tremble before his might.

Its crazy just how much this guy hates the common man and wants to oppress them beneath his diabetic foot. All because some kids were mean to him in High School.

Losing his Blue Checkmark but still having access to Twitter would be absolute rock bottom for Bob. He'd be able to still make dozens of idiotic tweets a day but wouldn't get anywhere near the number of likes he gets right now. It would cement just how much of an unlikable nobody he really is.
What a sad person Chris is. He is doing something useful for society but he gets more joy out of rambling about working a dead end job at Blockbuster. He's 40 and wants to go back to being a lazy deadbeat with no responsibility while his wife and kids suffer from his laziness.

look ma we have a fucking billy wilder over here. Where are your scripts and articles Boebert?

"Gamerbros raised on Call of Duty attack Washington, and it's up to an unlikely team of nerds raised on retro video games to save the day."

"Anti-social intellect falls victim to online hate crimes, which leads to the falling out between him and the love of his life. Can he win her heart back using only his wit and charm?"

It's probably more grimdark kids shows, like his Paradise Lost/Care Bears mashup. After all, who doesn't want to see Dante's Divine Comedy, but with Transformers?

Peter Coffin is contemptible joke of a man but when interacting with Bob he always comes off as a beacon of sanity and decency by comparison. So I would agree with you but I'm not sure that Bob realizes just how bad his fights with Peter make him look.

*Except Queen Lindsay, who had the nerve to call him out for being a creep on social media.

People like Bob tend to conflate being able to empathize with specific characteristics of someone or a group of people as condoning all of their views and actions, despite empathy having nothing to do with that. You can empathize with the guy who acts like a complete shithead because his father also beat him as a child, but not condone him being a shithead it isn't that complicated.
At the end of the day though, Bob and his ilk don't like empathy because it forces them to humanize and identify with the other side, which makes it harder to maintain their 'Us vs Them' narrative, and heaven knows we can't have that. I personally don't see Bob as tragic because he's brought most if not all of his own problems on himself, not to mention the stunning lack of care and tact he shows other people on a daily basis.
SPOCK: There is a certain scientific logic about it.

SPOCK: I do not approve. I understand.

It's entertaining how much Bob et al will embrace this idea that to avoid "evil" you have to work to be so opposite of it, you don't even understand or comprehend it. Never mind that an early episode of Star Trek has Spock pointing out that he can comprehend an idea, and still disapprove of it.

Bob is the literal protagonist-centered morality trope made manifest in real life. While he calls himself an asshole, I would bet real money he sees himself like Gregory House - the loveable asshole who is ultimately right and wants to help people. The only rock-bottom left for him is the realization of just how evil and wretched he truly is. To ever have a moment of clarity to see how he's been the nazi all along. Which I highly doubt he'll ever learn.

It's why he's never off twitter - like any drug it staves off the self-reflection and the clarity of his life. It's probably why he tweets at all hours. He starts trying to go to bed, and then his mind starts wondering into all the interactions he's had. "Was I... was I wrong? Could I be the bad guy?" Then he has to get up and do some tweeting to make the bad thoughts go away, then he can sleep for another 15 minutes before it starts again...

What a stunning revelation, Chris, I never thought of it that way. I’ve decided to quit my job and play MtG for a living, hope my kids don’t starve.
You can always go on Twitch and maybe make it big in the next 7 years, of course you'll probably be banned by some lefty mods for sneezing like a right winger.
