No, Michael Brown rests about 45 min from where I'm currently seated, while his supporters attempt to start another riot over it. Policing the tone around here is sort of necessary, given that the local police are about this close to taking off the kid gloves. I understand the issues at play, but the decision has been made that there will be no more dead cops over this. If more shit breaks out, it's going to get ugly, so quelling the anger should be top priority.

I wonder if they'll meet another white SJW there with the same mindset? They'll be yelling at eachother to shut up and it would get hillarious. Even though they both share many common beliefs, they would hate eachother and become enemies solely because of their skin colour... a bit ironic.
I like to think that since most Tumblrinas are so delicate and get "triggered" by everything, they would all have a huge fight if they met in person.

More like they'd be so afraid of each other they'd just get mad and crawl off and cry and then write nasty callout posts at each other once they got home.
 
Ally is such a weird term. In normal life it means being on the same team. Part of that could be drawing attacks from opponents because it would do less damage to them. A tank, basically. But it isn't even that. Most of the attacks come from the SJWs themselves, so it's more like "be my punching bag".

There's also a bit of the same dynamic that happens on this forum when a lolcow enters his own thread. It's like "Do you really want to do this? You're only making things worse for yourself." It's legitimate advice that, if followed, would unquestionably go a lot better for them than not following it. But they'll just scream and rage, and call you a troll or a "problematic ally". It's "tone policing". It's the same exact thing (whether SJW or lolcow) of "I feel angry" with no examination whatsoever of whether that anger is rational, and more importantly, whether throwing a tantrum is a productive use of energy.

"Ally" also tends to mean "someone who helps you". In the SJW context, the highest compliment an "ally" can get is to be told they aren't actively hurting anyone.

they are especially okay with retroactively saying something is rape.
