An adult who wants to get circumcised should be allowed to do so. There's no reason -- even a religious one -- to allow parents to make that kind of decision for an infant. Permanently removing a portion of a healthy body part on a child makes no sense. I could start a religion tomorrow that says babies need to have their pinky fingers removed. Would be equally as dumb as saying you have to chop off a baby's foreskin.

However, anti-androgens are pretty much required if MTFs want to look even remotely passing. Without one, the testicles will just overproduce testosterone to compensate for the excess estrogen in the body.

Orchiestomies remove the need for anti-androgens by removing the source- the testicles. which overall, reduces the chances of serious complications from prolonged use of spironolactone.

I can see why someone deep into the coom (or even a True and Honest Tranny) may see chopping off their nuts as better than permanent liver damage.
