It looks to me, on his security video, that there is a Fireman standing in the far back against the wall when they breach the door. If so, JJYS has zero case... Let me paint the picture in case JJYS is reading this:
A person calls 911 for being unable to exit a bathtub several times a day for several days.
This address is known to responders as having an occupant who is:
-Frequently suicidal
-Under a court ordered weapons prohibition
-Currently facing assault charges.
It would entirely be reasonable for the police to respond a long with EMS to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
The presence of a firefighter tells that a 911 call was indeed place by someone.
This would, hands down, meet the criteria for exigent circumstances, giving police full right to enter the premises to assess the situation.
