edit: Am I wrong or is phil only been reviewing Papa John's food for the last few tries-it's for the vest celebration and retrospectives (except for the starbucks drink)? Really really gross, they're definitely the worst chain out of the big 3 (Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, in that order) chain pizzerias.

Geez man.. Even taking into account that we're on Kiwifarms, when you try to look at it objectively, and you say to yourself maybe half of that is true, it still paints him in a horrible light. Like when you're a fan of a sports team, you generally think its the other team that commits the fouls, or is the dirtier team. Yea, your team may commit a couple of fouls here and there, they may do something dirty every once in a while, but it's your favorite team, and you're loyal to them, and they can't really be that dirty of a team right? It's insane that he spews that garbage everyday during his pre stream about how he's changed and matured, yet the examples he gives are very vague, or it's what you expect every single person on earth realizes when they get older. "I cant act like a brat anymore now that I'm grown up, or have kids.. Gee, I guess this makes me more mature than everyone else". It doesn't work like that, Phil. It's semantics anyways. We know he's either pignosis'ing himself or his whalechairs.
Its crazy. You question yourself at times, and you think "maybe he's not that bad of a guy", or "maybe we do add stuff that isn't there". But he is undeniably just a piece of shit human being. No matter how many times he says the opposite, it's always revealed in his actions. They say numbers dont lie, and look at the numbers that @Tatu Carreta posted above. Even taken with a grain of salt, it shows who he really is. The fact that this dude moved away from his "in bad health and elderly" parents, just so he could save some "tax money" should tell every new person that stumbles upon him, everything they need to know about him, without having to watch a bunch of videos, or do a ton of research.

That part had a glimmer of hope, but relative to the other retrospectives, this was flatly unwatchable garbage for me, and the highlight of the whole thing was Phil losing his fucking mind in the prestream. These will continue to get worse because he has restricted and sanitized it, just like he does with everything, because he knows this is a minefield for his ego and lies. The best his fans/trolls can do is make him uncomfortable by listening to what a belligerent prick he used to (openly) be, because he can't remember the specifics of which meltdowns contained the word 'retard', and which are, awkwardly, the exact same scripts he uses today.
What they need to do is stop funding these when they come up as sub goals. OiC was responsible for this, and the whales should have left the tip goal for him to hit alone as punishment for bankrolling this abomination. If guitarplayer1939 is one of his accounts, maybe they actually did.
He has been kind of okay until now, in the sense that he was still prodding his audience to hit the goal, but with less pressure, memeing, mockery, and attention from detractors that the vest streak brought. Plus he had to keep doing those 'celebratory vestivals' that exposed his lack of creativity and annoyed many of his regulars.
If we don't hear the 'stein' chants from the audience today, he may leave it rest for a while. But if tips keep trending lower, it wouldn't surprise me if, before April, Phil has suddenly be told by 'alottapeepul' that it is time to revive the vest streak (but with new rules so he can police it harder). It may work - his fans have been desperate to demonstrate how retarded they have become lately, and it is common practice at Burnell Enterprises to refuse to do something and berate customers for suggesting it, and then turn around and suddenly hype it up as some kind of fake-out. He has described this strategy as an example of 'under-promise and over-deliver', proving that he must have slept through a few of his business lectures...

I think from our point of view, you may look at it that way, but when you get older, having someone to take care of you, or help you do the things that you cant do on your own anymore become a big deal. I had to take care of my grandfather in the last few years up until he passed, it is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do/put up with. I can see why people just pay a lot of money for others to take care of elderly relatives, but with his parents still supporting his ass, who is gonna pay for a nursing home/retirement community? Definitely not Phil. And when the time comes, is he gonna "take time away from his business" to take care of them? It would be a complete 180 from everything we know about him.
Plus, he has mobile games he needs to play dood! His parents can just fuck right off, as far as he's concerned! You shoulda got him that wolverine toy, fuckos!!

I think contributing to Phil in any way is bad regardless if I respect certain reasons for doing so, it is ultimately inflating the problem and is not a good thing in my mind.
I just cant imagine finding anything in regards to Phil worth that much money though. In any way. I prefer drugs and whores to much to think of that as something valid to do with my funds when the payout is him putting on a silver vest or hat of some form. I have never been big on that sexual fetish so its just odd to me.

I don't think it's inhuman, I've seen humans overact like this. Namely, those humans are kids and the situation where they make that face is when they already made up their mind about not liking a certain dish you prepared so when they take just one bite they go into this clownmode you see Phil doing in the video, overacting, as if they were just forced to eat raw roadkill. GOLLY GEE GOSH I REALLY HATE THE TASTE OF WHAT I PUT IN MY MOUTH!

During this morning's tip begging segment, Phil explicitly said that his quarterly tax bill was higher than expected because the last few months 'went really well'. But unfortunately that means taxes were higher. When he saw the tax bill, his 'jaw dropped'. So that drained his account.
He basically just said that he made a fortune and didn't save enough of it to cover his taxes, which increase at a rate that we are capable of calculating and should have been in line with the vest streak months (since Phil said it was so unprecedented...). He pays a tax guy who couldn't give him any kind of warning. He has no debts and still didn't save for this. He had chargebacks that allegedly lowered his income by 'thousands'. Now, because he made too much money, he needs help to recover from the cost of the taxes, requiring more money. Based on this information alone, this is a cycle that will never end.
This is not underdog talk. This is a wealthy streamer telling his audience to pay his taxes because he can't budget. This is, by his own description, entirely his fault.
Once again, there is no reason to give him money - he is incapable of handling it.
