Seriously, what 12 year old boy reads about female puberty and isn't horrified rather than wanting to go through it? Who wants to bleed from their genitals every month? The only part I can see is a boy joking that he'd like to have boobs so he could touch them all the time. But no one -- not even girls -- wants to go through female puberty. It sucks.

Agreed. I will take my embarrassing amount of body hair and occasionally waking up feeling sticky than to have to bleed once a month for the next 30-40 years.
