I have no clue, and that's what bugs me about Chris. He is more successful than Bob by every possible metric: he has a house, wife, kids, and a higher income (senior engineers make a whopping $96,800 annually on average. If Blobbo is pulling in around $4,000 a month, he's only making about $48,000 annually- or about half of what Chris is possibly making.)
I understand loyalty to the family, but there comes a time when you need to pull out.

I'll never get over how these soy golems manage to completely overlook all the benefits religions offered to society throughout history, including fundamental stuff like offering social cohesion, happiness (if only by granting people a purpose in life), legal frameworks, and social welfare.
Even if you believe that religion should be a relic of the past and has no purpose in a modern society, it takes a special kind of stupid to believe that religion has only ever made the world a worse place and that many of the positive aspects of our current society don't have their roots in the same religious traditions they loathe so much.

I would like to have seen Bob be put in charge of an early society, though, as he inevitably establishes a (pseudo)religion based solely on hedonism and consuming, and be surprised as his fledgling tribe is lapped by the other tribes that value hard work, loyalty, and restraint.

Don't expect them to understand that most primitive laws are based on religious laws, as well as religion sets basis for morals and has been, through most history, in charge of education.

But i also love how Bob and Luke the troon have this idiotic belief that the Mayo Ghouls are turning to primitivism just to spite them and paint them as the bad people for wanting more technology. It's not that people are relaizing the impact of pollution on the enviroment and want to curb it not only for their health, but others; the fact that traditionally made goods have a higher quality than modern manufactured junk; that a simple life with simple problems is far more desirable than living in the cesspit that is a modern city; that low quality tech will always be relevant and important (these people probably don't know that a kevlar vest does jack shit against arrows or crossbow bolts) and in case of a major crisis such solutions will be far more important than ever or that the ever progress for technology will probably lead us towards our demise and the devaluation of humanity and human life. But don't let all of this get in the way of flashy lights, cybernetics and having every food based on soy.

Also, not surprised that Bob believes that by changing the people in charge things will sudden in change. Being an impatient petulant retard is one of his traits (as we have seen with the coof vaccine and the cinema shitshow), but anyone with enough braincells would understand that for anything to change, things take time. Interesting how that front roof thingy changed over time. In that picture it has a sort of railing going around and looks flat, like a balcony. On Google Maps that front part looks more angular and without the railing. Also, one window in the rear has been boarded up.
But one thing that always stayed in place was that star on the chimney (although it's a different one at least).

Interesting and thank you. I'm still confused by something though. He got a mortgage for $282,500 for nana's house. The document right above that one in the search, type DEED, not only says $295,000 but says it's a paid grant to baby bubba.

Much like earlier it's probably my ignorance but it seems off to me. If someone would be so inclined to open my eye to what it means I'd be very appreciative.

Without proper nutritional and other treatment, autistic people degenerate over time. Their antioxidant levels are low, they suffer from multiple nutrient deficiencies, and their brains shrink more rapidly with age. In particular, it wouldn't surprise me if Chris has an autoimmune reaction against his own folate transporter molecules, resulting in cerebral folate deficiency. Because folate is needed to regenerate tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4) after it is used, BH4 levels in those afflicted will drop over time (measured in years). What I would recommend for him would be a sleep study, a weight loss program, and some supplements: zinc, magnesium, folinic acid (not folic acid!), methylcobalamin, vitamin C, NAC, P5P, SAM-e, and 5-HTP. That will address some of his most important autistic nutrient deficiencies, help him sleep, cut his carb cravings, help his energy and focus, and boost his immune system so he doesn't have to fear for his life every time someone coughs in his general vicinity. BH4 would help too but it's kind of expensive and can be hard to get.

But the way he reaches for internet fame like a petulant child that thinks he is owed a audience is just bizarre, and how he also wants it to be a source of income is lunacy, teenagers think like that, but a grown ass man should know better than E-begging like a loser.

Thats seems like a pretty standard conveyance of land. I am guessing that Evangeline was grandma, and consideration is a legal requirement in any contract, which is the value bargained between the parties.

So its just saying that Chip paid 295k to the executor of gramma's estate for the property. It tells us nothing about how that 295k was obtained. The main problem is, this isn't Chip's residence. 4 Old Farm Road, Wilbraham isn't Chip's run down house. It looks to be a fairly nice one story a few miles west of Boston.
