Much like a lawyer can't write a contract that says "you can't sue me for malpractice," a doctor can't either. Professionals are held to a standard of objective reasonableness. While this generally means you need another doctor/lawyer/professional to testify against them that they failed to uphold the standards of their profession, it also means you can't just write your way out of liability, no matter how thick your stack of bullshit disclaimers.

This rampant quackery and butchery is a cyst of liability. Eventually, the floodgates will burst. This shit could be the new asbestos.

I feel sorry for them experiencing abuse. But as far as I know, women get assaulted/raped/abused often, some statistics suggest it's hard to find a woman who didn't experience it at some point. Vast majority of those women don't transition, so I think something else could be a factor and abuse is just the trigger.

Almost always. Again we're talking about "human salvage" and so long as being transgender is considered a lifelong, extremely debilitating disease with only two possible outcomes. And the psychs who believe that tell the doctors, who regardless of what they believe, will concur. Doctors protect their own, and it's also just not worth the fuss for a doc who doesn't do these surgeries to to stand against them.

And I hate to keep milking this example, but my friend lost his legs last year. He almost lost his life when instead of amputating his legs, the vascular surgeon declared he could restore blood flow. The neurosurgeon said that while their had never been a successful attempt to reconnect 4 inches of missing sciatic nerve, it was a possibility. The trauma surgeon said that while the risks of infection were tremendous, it's worth a shot. The Vascular surgeon got the blood flow back. My friend immediately went critical and almost died again as the literal rotting flesh was given a path straight to his heart. This was considered a success because they almost salvaged the legs. This is what I mean when I say "Human Salvage".

And that vascular surgeon isn't a retard or a monster either. He's a well respected, family friend of mine whose kids I've taken care of on occasion and he's stuck by my other friend every step of the way. But now take that mentality and apply it to "If You don't find a way to give Timmy a Vagina he is going to spend the rest of his life hankering for the taste of gunpowder". You will see horrible things take place. And by this time, you probably have.

LGB visibility leads inevitably to straights fetishizing them (human aesthetic desire for uniqueness, exoticism + autophilias).

If 4/100 people are gay, it only takes 4/96 straight people queering the culture before gayness is less popular in LGB than straightness (esp since not all same sex attracted folk participate in LGB culture and all the insane allies will). The more visible gay people are, the greater this effect. Inevitably, the straights will have the cultural upper hand (humans are heteronormative) leading to the destruction of LGB culture.

Therefore, gay culture being underground benefits both straights and gays. Straights, because they are less likely to get obsessed with things they cannot have, and gays cos it keeps all the zesty straights away

The most in-depth one is probably this 4 part series from a site called "4thWaveNow" about the good doctor that takes a deep dive into his history. They've dug up all the court documents and everything.

They call that a sad story, but it's more like a best case scenario. The guy didn't destroy his penis and can now live his life somewhat normally, while he also won't hurt women with his fetish. Libido is the last thing he needs. I support AGPs removing their testicles because it makes them less dangerous, and they shouldn't be having kids in their state of mind anyway.

First of all, a preemptive disclaimer here, despite the name I am not a TERF. I wanted a name that was catchy and didn't reveal anything about myself

Troonism is all about reinforcing gender roles, just divorcing themself from sex (though some of the more obnoxious and obviously fetishistic troons do have weird, complicated views of these things). Blaming gender critical feminists for that sort of thing doesn't make sense, gender critical feminists recognize that gender is tied to sex, but they also recognize gender as being inherently harmful.

Enbies are not rejecting gender roles in general. They usually define their gender identity in terms of what are just fashion choices as if their gender is based on what they wear or their hair and not what society expects from males and females.

Theoretically an enby could simply identify as non-binary and not decide that this needs to define their fashion choices (or vice versa), but even in these cases they aren't really fighting against the idea of gender roles in general, just for themselves in particular which doesn't really do anything in terms of abolishing the concept of gender, it just treats it as a personal choice when gender critical would say that being able to ignore society's gender roles is a privilege that not everyone has.
