His answer: THAT'S NONE OF ANYONE'S BUSINESS.View attachment 1909901
"... don't believe fact when presented to them"

There is a BIG difference between facts and what you want to be presented as a fact, Phil. But try us. Show us what the 5k per month expenses are, show a simple screenshot of your WWE Champions account, show your Discord handle and the date of creation, show us the taxes files you are filling, show that Khet is acctually alive, etc etc.

You never showed us proof of anything. Ever. How do you know that we wouldn't believe it?

And to the question "How could I get my bankruptcy granted if I spent 40k on mobile games?": you do realize that you are the only person that can answer that, right? Again, just give us the detailed information on your 5k "business expenses" per month.

Textbook gaslighting posts. "Everyone who doubts me is a loony and an idiot." I think that's all I need to say. Glad to see his Twitter debunk session is going as well as his debunk stream: no receipts, no proof, just denial while acting smug.

I wonder if this is how he would manipulate his parents when he'd get caught doing something bad? He seems to think it will work.
"Philip, did you eat all the cookies?"

"Ack ack ack! If I ate all the cookies, how would I be able to eat all my authentic Italian dinner?"

"Okay, Philip. You're mama's good boy"
Honestly it wouldn't take much to figure out how to torture him inside his own house.

I will admit I'm surprised nobody's even tried mailing him poop yet.
Someone did send him poop before. It was a gag gift type deal like this. Nobody left a steaming dump on his porch... yet

Oh wow I agree with DSP here, the workings of his privately held business are none of my business either .... because I wouldn't give him any money for his company's income.

Now, if I was autistic enough to throw pennies at his feet online, then that wouldn't be the case at that point, but I'll never get to that juncture so I don't care about his sweatymanjpg withdrawal issues.

(My guess for why he and Kat had an arguement, she finally discovered the mobile game whaling and confronted him on the expenses, no proof of that though, just a hunch based on the statistical fact that the number one issues couples fight about in America is money issues.)
You can't have it both ways DSP. You don't get to claim your finances are private when you openly use your financial situation as the reason why """fans""" need to contribute a certain amount. People aren't paying him because they really love his content, they are paying him because he's crying poor (see any emergency fundraiser).

Got up in the dead of the middle of the night to do it to.

DSP was going back and forth with people all fucking night last night. First with LTG and him "insulting him" about Phil's shitty tax advice:

View attachment 1909974

Then it just snowballed from there into a full-fledged back and forth with fans and trolls alike all night while "doing his taxes" and "spending time with his wife":

And whats sad is all of this could be easily debunked if he's telling the truth. He will show emails of people who wronged him, he will show a Paypal account that is in the red, but when it comes to proving he didn't commit fraud and lie to the government, he won't be othered to show his phone on camera during his inevitable 3 hour prestream today.

I'm sorry but why is TJ, or anyone else for that matter, shocked that Phil blocked him? At the very least on Twitter TJ @ Phil talking about WWE and Zena. You get blocked for much, much less. Phil simply goes the extra mile and blocks everywhere, even Twitch.

Nothing against TJ, the lad follows Phil's WWE antics and does it really well. But I just find it very silly to provoke Phil and act shocked that he blocked you. It's not news lads, it's Phil being Phil.

"Your honor, we found the accused with the deceased in front of him with a smoking gun in his hand. The bullet forensics match the gun he held. He had previously held malice towards the deceased. Witnesses say they heard the defendant say, 'IMMA KILL HIM'. I rest my case"

"Your honor, I did nothing wrong. I did everything correct. This is all circumstantial. Do I own everything in my hand? If I pick up an apple at the store, do I now own it? Come on! <Snort> This is all circumstantial! Someone who hates me could have shot this dood and put the gun in my hand to blame me! This is all a conspiracy!"

This kind of reminds me of the OJ (not the DSP OJ) trial. He was guilty as hell and got let off. Phil is also guilty as hell and his piggies will give him a free pass. And indirectly, Scopely their money.

I find it pretty hilarious that DSP, who is supposedly extremely busy with taxes, is logging onto Twitch in the middle of the night to ban someone who is being mean to him on another platform.

I'm just surprised he hadn't already blocked TJ the moment he started reporting on his login times

Mortgage on shit hole in Washington: $1,800
Yeah, but if we're specifically talking business expenses, he can't write off his entire mortgage payment as a business expense. He'd have to do the same deal he'd need to do with his tahxes, and compute what portion of the snort fort is considered "business related" and that would be the portion of the business expenses. Portions of the utilities, games, non-WWEC microtransactions, hardware, etc would also be considered business expenses. There's absolutely no way he forks out 5 grand a month just for da business.

"Yer ahner, if you REALLY want to know who to blame, you should blame those empty-headed fucks over at KiwiFarms & Wesson for making the bullet that killed this guy."

Maybe someone with more knowledge can enlighten me, but I'm pretty sure these other meetings with Nancy never happened. Aren't all the hearings related to his bankruptcy a matter of public record? I don't think you get secret behind the scenes meetings with what essentially is the judge presiding over your case. This excuse sounds like "my girlfriend goes to another school you wouldn't know her but she's definitely real, trust me."

Mate, quote reply to me on Kiwi Farms again and I'm blocking you on MySpace.

News gets to Phil slowly, he is the human equivalent of Internet Explorer.

The overall problem is that he's at a point financially where some sort of financial black hole just has to exist. I'm fully on the Champions train and I still think there is something more sponging his money - I think it's probably Kat, but who can say. At this point, if it isn't Champions, he has to be blowing his brains on designer drugs or importing a European escort monthly for him and Kat. There's just no way he is in the state he is currently claiming to be in unless something is eating tens of thousands of dollars annually.

He could have had a major win over us this winter/spring if he didn't beg for taxes. We were calling that since the vest streak that the taxes were still going to prompt begging. If he hadn't, if he had budgeted and paid them, I'd be at a loss, honestly. Because it would mean that even if he is still drooling over his JPEGs, he would have at least managed his finances effectively to account for it. Sure, he'd be retarded not saving for retirement, and it's still an absolute waste in terms of a hobby, but we'd be faced with a Phil who worked with what he had and didn't beg (extra), and that would have been progress, and it would have rendered Champions moot in the sense that it is coexisting with his financial responsibilities. I'm not saying it would have resulted in any detractors backing down, but it would have at least showed that Phil can manage money to some extent.

Instead, we're begging for taxes and losing our mind almost a full year after Champions should have been relevant. It should have died in importance with the bankruptcy - he got it, it 'isn't him', so it no longer matters. For some reason, as the begging ramps up again, this has now become an issue, because it does answer the question of why it has again come to this quite cleanly.

He has said exactly this... and the judge was shocked by the level of trolling, allegedly. He presumably did have additional 'meetings' with Nancy; I doubt she hung up from the 341 and never spoke to him again. But, again, these meetings would have happened anyway (he seems to think the bankruptcy should have been handed to him right after his faulty paper work?), and if they happened because of the Champions allegations? Then, yes, Phil, I do believe that there was $40k in expenses that needed specific explanation, and you had to lie to make that happen. Otherwise, why would she have had to meet with you to talk about the allegations?

He has a slight problem in that the 'conspiracy theory' that is Champions now requires far fewer irrational leaps of logic than his explanations about how it isn't him.

This was bound to happen, him straight up using Nancy’s mistake to prove his innocence. OJ Simpson would be proud.

Nothing will ever erase that $5k monthly business expense claim. Phil’s fans can stare right at that number, and in the back of their mind they can imagine every time Phil has threatened to not play a game if they don’t pay for it. Does that sound like a guy who pays $5,000 a MONTH towards his business?

You're overthinking this so badly.

He has a severe gacha addiction and blew all his money in december and january thinking he'd get the same tax bill as always and didn't bother saving for it because to an addict, getting that high and chasing the dragon is way more important than the bills of tomorrow. Now he's in panic mode because he has no money saved up and the money he owes the tax man is way larger than expected and tips are drying up, hence the begathons.

He's not struggling financially. Maybe he has some additional bills but he's just a greedy addict.

This. Also, I'd bet heavily that WWE Champions is far from the only mobile game Phil is whaling in. These whales that stream all have at least a few games to fall back on where they can always have some current event to feel that rush of burning money to lord over the plebs. Phil is probably spending enough to keep Katherine around as well, but she's a low-level gold digger at best, if so.

I haven't spoken to a lawyer or anything but I cannot find a single reference online about additional meetings with the trustee after the 341. Certainly none about meetings conducted in secret.

That number includes the maintenance.

...I hate reading through the documents. Pisses me off no end how we live in a society that empowers these tards to not only to get this much in debt, but to continue doing after it has been wiped off. Was going by my (according to DSP) old man memory. This is what I was thinking of, was a bit off with the numbers:

Untitled.png

Maintenance like... replacing a roof tile, not something like mowing the garden? The documents are so confusing to me. I guess that's the point of them.
