I still think there is something more sponging his money - I think it's probably Kat

I thought so, too. Decided I would I dig a bit. I've only found this, but at least we know where about 3,000$ go.

Responses to a horse-ownership survey from the University of Maine found that the average annual cost of horse ownership is $3,876 per horse.

And as we all know, Katherine is a right work horse.

But in all honesty, the money thing is weird mate. He should be fine-ish. At this point it could just be routine for Phil. He has no pride, so why stop asking children half his age to pay his bills.

So let me get it straight:
  • Has the same username/similar username in a gacha game
  • Has the same typing mannerisms as DSP does in the guild discord
  • Phil's phone number when used in Line comes back to TheyCallMeDSP
  • The discord unique identifier matches between the guild discord TheyCallMeDSP and Darksydephil on Phil's private moderator discord
  • Had to get a username change (Scopely even confirmed you can't do this) because he kept getting kicked out of guilds
  • New username is beyond the allowable character limit for usernames
  • Plays exclusively when Phil is not streaming/On break
This dude has Dream levels of luck when it comes to aligning his account accidentally with DSP... alternatively its DSP and he is just lying like he always does.
Don't forget NotDSP banning people from his Champions Guild at lightspeed, instantly acknowledging them as "trolls" because they had meme names that only DSP would recognize like MidFirstBank

...I hate reading through the documents. Pisses me off no end how we live in a society that empowers these tards to not only to get this much in debt, but to continue doing after it has been wiped off. Was going by my (according to DSP) old man memory. This is what I was thinking of, was a bit off with the numbers:

Maintenance like... replacing a roof tile, not something like mowing the garden? The documents are so confusing to me. I guess that's the point of them.

I'll go pull up a mortgage calculator and check later. He's gone on before about how the CT condo and WA condo payments were essentially the same, and we know the CT condo was something like $1100 when you add the fees and mortgage payment together. His WA condo being around $1400-$1500 would square with that. I can't see him saying $1100 and $2200 are the same, but you could very well be right.

Edit: Shit, I think you're right. He claims $5,490 paid on the mortgage in the 90 days previous to the bankruptcy filing, which is exactly $1830 a month. That said, as someone pointed out, he wouldn't get to claim that entire amount as business-related. Only the percent square footage the "office" make up of the whole condo. I would generally put his office square footage at 200 ft^2 out of a ~1600 sq. ft. home, so he could claim around $250 a month for business expenses.

Who knows if that $360 is HoA fees that he's obligated to pay or what Dave claims he spends out of his own pocket to maintain his property (lol). But I'm pretty sure the $1,830 includes his HoA based on his mortgage and property taxes in King County.

Edit: @actually he bought the condo for $265k, not sure what kind of a downpayment he made but it was probably the smallest amount possible. Average interest rates in 2014 were around 4.2-4.3. His monthly payment for $260k @ 4.3% over 30 years is $1,287. Average property tax is 1%, but the Wakahndo has appreciated from $265k to over $450k and I don't know when it was last assessed.

I'm expecting a repeat of Monday, where he rants like a lunatic to drum up drama(not a drama streamer dood). Despite being a total fuckin' dweeb, he will try to appear as a victim and sprinkle in a bit of begging. I also expect lots of faggot troll tippers trying to prod about his late night gin tweets.

Hopefully that isn't the case though because I'd like him to prove me wrong. :optimistic:

Ive got a theory, call it dumb if you want.

Now that we got him on wwec and we can basicly document his spendings and such... what if he reasons spending the usual money on it is to keep up the bankruptcy scam? If he would stop spending money on it, it would lower his monthly "business expense" to half or smaller... would it trigger something? It would be definetly odd having much less expense suddenly, now that he got the bankruptcy... Or not? Anyway, fuck me, im mentally ill.

You knoe what I mean? Sry for the broken language. Also, bankruptcy topic is closed.
Are they allowed to retroactively deny his bankruptcy? Or is he prepping for 18 years down the line when he kites his debt on 13 lines of credit again?

Don’t forget “Was never able to confirm that he wasn’t DSP”

He's talking about going out to eat at his favorite restaurant 24 hours after crying about not having enough money to keep the lights on.
I was about to post the exact same thing.

This really shows how financially autistic he is. Like... how can you announce and and carry out a week of ultra hardcore begging, and then tell the same audience about how you went out to eat a club sandwich with your wife on the one day you took a break from said begging.

Absolutely fucking amazing.

I'll never forget that time he showed off his Yoshi's costume, someone in his chat called it "cheap", causing him to respond with "No, it wasn't fucking cheap you retard"
Phil will always prioritize flexing on people even when he's supposed to be pretending to be poor.

This was bound to happen, him straight up using Nancy’s mistake to prove his innocence. OJ Simpson would be proud.

Always remember, everyone: courts specifically say "not guilty" instead of "innocent" for a damn good reason.

Also, I fucking hate twitter but I'm glad my boomer ass tried to figure it out because this is such a fine example of an irrelevant conclusion that professors should include it as a handout when they teach fallacies.

Sure the person I say isn't me had access to a picture only I have access too, but you're wrong because I declared bankruptcy!
