Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

so i've seen we've posted about that chaya chick in this thread before. she apparently has some virtual mechanic class that she advertises everywhere and got called out on spam, but of course she's allowed:

not only does she shill more of her stuff when replying, but one of her defenders also throws in a "just block her, yOu tHe oNlY oNe wItH a pRoBlEm"

I'll take Diabetic Dermopathy for $500, Alex! Spots on legs, not raised, not itchy, "constant issue", massive obesity...

Diabetic Dermopathy:
... Changes to the blood vessels because of diabetes can cause a skin condition called diabetic dermopathy. Dermopathy appears as scaly patches that are light brown or red, often on the front of the legs. The patches do not hurt, blister, or itch, and treatment generally is not necessary. The patches are sometimes called skin spots.

She also says, "Now, my skin gets kind of dry". She should google "Does diabetes cause dry skin".
[Yes, frequently. If diabetes is out of control, the high blood sugar causes the body to pull moisture out of the skin. Of course anyone can get dry skin, but "uncontrolled" diabetics are plagued with it.]

"(U)plift, (G)lorify, (L)ove, (Y)our beautiful and lush body - while creating a world where others can as well."

Anyone is free to view their body any way they chose or see fit. They can also do their best to 'create a world' where others "CAN" as well but good luck with that. Most of humanity is hard wired to see obesity as the result of sloth, gluttony & lack of concern for the well being of others... characteristics our more primitive brain parts see as harmful to our chosen 'tribe'. Not to mention a lower state of health meaning less reproductive success & lessened ability to provide for the tribe.

Yes, "health" comprises not only the physical but emotional, mental & spiritual as well. Last batch of CoVD reading I did - not a mention of the virus giving the slightest shit about anything but the health of your immune system. I would argue that emotional health can negatively impact your immune system, (this is not the time to be a stress puppy), yet physical health is the biggest indicator of risk.

The NHS may suck as an organizational tool for providing medical care but it's comprised of doctors & allied health professions who are well aware that obesity is a major risk factor for contracting CoVD as well as more... negative outcomes.

This cow is gaslighting big time. By arguing obese patients aren't treated appropriately or early enough, especially when it comes to CoVD, she's inferring there is a treatment, even a curative treatment for CoVD. "If only the fats were seen early enough & taken seriously enough & TREATED PROPERLY, they wouldn't be filling wards, ICUs & more alarmingly, ventilator capable spaces or dying as often."... is the unspoken message she's giving.

Bullshit

This long into the pandemic, I know a number of people who've had it. They all got essentially the same advice if they were able to be "sick at home" Rest, fluids, rest some more, quarantine of course & a short laundry list of symptoms that should cause them to call their doctor, 911 or immediately get to hospital. This did not change no matter the sex, ethnicity, age or size of the person although the more vulnerable were urged to set up a phone or text system so worried loved ones could check on them frequently & help them take the next steps if that proved necessary. Luckily so far, all those I know have recovered or are recovering but those who were obese, especially those who had conditions associated with obesity had a rougher time. If anything, their medical practitioners were much more careful in caring for them; a few were hospitalized because their doctors judged that if they started going downhill, they were at higher risk of crashing hard, leaving precious little time to institute more invasive care measures.

No way in hell any sane person should be using this... doctor, no matter what their base state of health is.

Good health is a privilege enjoyed by affluent, white, cis, many etceteras; people? Does health vary if only enjoy some of those privileges or do you have to fit the whole package of non-acceptable characteristics? I submit the 'disadvantaged', by way of trying their best to educate themselves as to what they should & shouldn't do & doing it, can enjoy the sasme health privilege. I'd love, (not!), to hear her further arguments on that topic.

Lol this fat bitch is literally killing people with her bullshit. But being a HAES waste of oxygen doctor is fine, whereas if she dare'd say 'corona isn't that bad' or something, she'd be hounded out of her job in a second.

View attachment 1910692

She's a general practitioner, which means it's her job to say 'gee maybe you shouldn't be so fat' or 'maybe you shouldn't drink a bottle of vodka every night'. I mean if she was a surgeon or something this bullshit wouldn't really impact on her ability to help her patients many of whom are making choices as bad as her own.

View attachment 1910693

It's literally scientifically proven that being as fat as she is (BMI 40) doubles your risk of dying of the kung flu.

View attachment 1910696
She's spreading actual lies, trying to say that the reason that fatties are dying from kung flu is not because they are fat and this fat is literally suffocating their internal organs, but because doctors don't give fatties enough medical care.

So even though it's a fact that the morbidly obese are both more likely to go into intensive care when admitted with covid, and then are more likely to die after entering intensive care, this is obviously just a conspiracy by fat-haters.

She boasts about having her posts taken down for hate speech, because white men are literally evil

View attachment 1910699

She's Jewish, lol.

She posts her fat on Instagram, and pictures of herself feeding.

She works here: https://www.baldocksurgery.co.uk/

I pity those patients that would be treated by this tub of lard.

Baldock is a v small very middle class and white town, I don't think there is much social housing there if any. Got to feel for the residents there if they get lumbered with that on an emergancy appointment, fucking trash.

This whole " being poor means ure helf is shit and UR fat" is supremely offensive and patronising too. Yes,people from deprived areas have poorer health incomes their whole lives but combatting that is not hard.

Most people want to do better for themselves so getting involved and helping is the solution. A GP at my surgery was worried about one patient who was a bit overweight, reliant on food banks and often lacked money for electricity (poorer homes in the uk will often have prepaid meters,no money = no electricity) so she, to cut a long story short started local group of people who volunteer at the food bank and identify at risk people, those in cold homes, refer them for Grants, make sure they're getting the help they're entitled to, stuff like that. The same group also has a parenting support element, helping parents get their kids to stop being fussy little soda and the food bank are now careful with their packages to make sure they're nutritionally sound and they offer cooking on a budget advice.

Instead of snivelling and whinging on social media, she identified how she could help and went and bloodt did it.

In hospital settings alone between 2011-2015, four years and seven months were lost in sick days due to injury caused by handling fats. This GP, sitting in her nice surgery, doing very very little is spreading lies that will harm and injure staff in hospitals.

Beat me to it - diabetes.

My best friend, who had uncontrolled diabetes (to the point where he could not walk for over a year) spent a couple of years previous to his diagnosis with these lesions on his skin. With an adjustment in diet and proper medication, it did go away. It was fascinating in a weird way, when we finally looked back and put the pieces together. All the different ways the body gives us warning signs of impending doom (and all the ways we can blithely ignore it.)

How did your friends beetus stop them from walking? Was it painful because of the extra weight they were carrying, or because they had rotting sores on their legs and feet?

I'm not sure of the exact details, but diabetes can somehow weaken/destroy the nerves. My friend's nerves on his foot were being stripped down (I think the covering of nerves is called the 'myelin sheath' and his were somehow damaged by the diabetes). He did experience deep, tunneling wounds, too, on his foot that took forever to heal, and he could not put pressure on the wounds until they had healed (about six months.) It was so bad that someone else had to put on his shoes for him when he would go out on his little wheeling footstool, because if his toes had accidentally gotten bent back, he wouldn't feel it and he would inadvertently injure himself.

The body is an amazing thing in that with a lot of physical therapy (and dropping over 100 pounds) and following doctors orders, he was able to walk again, but he has a small but permanent limp due to all this now. A medfag kiwi will surely be able to give a better explanation of why diabetes affects the nerves/muscles like that.

That's called diabetic neuropathy, and its caused by high levels of glucose in the blood, which attack and damage the soft tissues.

It happens, in type two diabetics because the insulin receptors on cells are fucked and the insulin-glucose complex can't pass into cells, so the glucose instead knocks about in the blood, wreaking havoc.

I'm always amazed/appalled at just what people will live with when it comes to that and as your friends experience proves, the only thing that will fix it is, at the bottom of it, losing the weight and keeping it off.

Oh are the morbidly obese AT RISK for covid now? Weird, when healthcare first identified that being overweight increases your risk, all the morbids reeeeed that it wasn’t true. I guess she means “at risk of catching covid and then being murdered by hospital workers who dump fat covid sufferers into ditches and use their beds for thin white people.

Yeah you know who DOESN’T deserve to stand in line for vax? The elderly and actual disabled people who are disabled through no fault of their own...not 600 pound idiots who eat 5500 calories a day and whine about oppression. I bet 97 year old grannies LOVE standing in line behind a massive quarter-tonne behemoth in a rascal scooter who is complaining about the wait time while porking down crisps.

That previous screenshotted post “explaining” folx summed it up well...trans people don’t feel included enough unless you use folx in your post.

example: you tweet something with the word ‘folks’ in it. Trans people reading your tweet feel automatically excluded because something something they’re always being excluded therefore you’re doing it too, probably. They assume that because you didn’t specifically say, “folks...and I MEAN TRANS FOLKS AS WELL ARE INCLUDED IN THE WORD FOLKS,” that means they’re not included and you’re biased against them.

So you use the word “folx” to signal to trans people that you are also talking to them. (or insert some other marginalized group that auto-assumes you’re excluding them in your tweet despite you not saying anything of the sort). Basically, it’s not enough to use language that includes everyone. You must use language that includes everyone BUT ALSO makes a show of ESPECIALLY including trans or certain other people.

Like if I went to hear a TED talk and the speaker came out and said, “Good evening, everyone,” I would be mad because how do I know he really means ME in the “everyone” bit?

He should say, “good evening, Abracadeveryone,” so I know he’s specifically pointing out that I am part of everyone and am being addressed, despite words like “folks” and “everyone” already meaning “all, without exceptions.

Because what’s the point of equality if everyone doesn’t bend over backwards to make sure you get treated MORE equally than others?
Gosh, actually I never thought about it like this, but it's true. It's also the reason why wokies can't say Frauen in German anymore if you want to say "women", but must write Frauen*. Strangely enough it's still okay to write Männer when your're talking about men. You must put the * to prove that you really really really include troons as well, otherwise you're alredy suspicious. It's the same with oprression on the campus. It's already oppression for black people if you're talking about the Roman Empire but never reference a strong black woman.

What do deathfat keyboard warriors have an immediate need for the Covid vaccine for? The last year has been a fucking dream come true for them; they have a built-in excuse for having remained indoors doing nothing, hundreds of businesses have started delivery programs which otherwise wouldn't have, and they've gotten a massive new reason for which to cry ableist for every conceivable sleight. Now all of a sudden they're breaking their necks to get a vaccine so they can go out and do what, exactly?

If you were really disabled in such a way that justified you're not being able to stand, you wouldn't be standing in line: you'd have a wheelchair, or at least a walker. But you aren't disabled, Ash, you're simply gargantuan. Standing up every once in a while would do you good - it would give your blood clots a chance to move slightly further down your legs and away from your heart, for one thing.

You don’t have to say Männer* for the same reason trans people are always Beautiful Brave Women...because no one gives a fuck about transmen, because transmen used to be women, and nobody gives a fuck about women.

Women are also often seen as lesser, so for a man to degrade himself by dressing up as a woman is seen as BRAVE. But a woman dressing as a man is just cute. Awww, she thinks she’s grownup, how cute! Same reason little girls wanting to dress up like firefighters or Superman for Halloween elicit an “awwwww how funny!” but little boys wanting to be nurses or Elsa get a side-eye, some jokes about being gay or a stern look at the parents. Men are aspirational for women, women are a step down for men.

And if you don’t believe that, go shopping for children’s costumes. There are now loads of feminized superhero costumes...Spiderman costumes and Iron Man and Ninja Turtles and Superman and Batman, all with little tulle skirts sewn on to indicate they’re a girl version.

There are no boy versions of female superhero costumes. No maled-up Black Widow or Wonder Woman or even Elsa.

Transwomen screech for special treatment with all the learned privilege of the men they started out as. You MUST acknowledge that those former men are now Very Special Women, but don’t go out of your way to do the same for transmen. We all know they’re just women dressed up like boys, so they don’t matter.

Possibly it’s also because there are so many MORE transwomen than transmen. Super strange, seeing as sexual deviancy and having a fetish for yourself in drag is way, way, WAY more prevalent in men than women.

It’s almost like the two are connected and autogynophiles are hysterically drowning out the very small minority of actual real trans people.
