How could he even serve Null personally at that email address if the website is owned by Lolcow LLC? If he were granted alternative service by email wouldn't he have to send it to a personal email address owned by Null? And is Rio Prop. v. Rio Int'l Interlink even applicable here? Reading about that case it looks like the plaintiffs (possibly Russ's current employer, ironically) were granted alternative service by email because the defendants were deliberately avoiding service in the US.

Because Russell is just not good at this. Like, at all. And I've mentioned earlier, I'd bet dollars to donuts at least one of his stripmall business collage professors along with the dean told him this whenever his antics put him on their radar. Technically he wasn't failing and technically he probably didn't do anything against academic code of conduct, but I have zero doubt he was told to keep his fucking greasy mouth shut and keep his greasy nose to the grindstone so he can graduate and fuck off, because he has no talent or aptitude for law.

Can't wait for this to get thrown out...and Greer's inevitable reaction to it. "Alternate service should be granted because hurr durr, muh plights make me too dumb to read or understand what I'm writing" is what I got out of all that. Also, maybe I'm also dumb when it comes to law, but....the "evidence" screenshot. What does that specific screenshot have to do with what he's claiming? It's basically just Null stating he's within the law and doesn't prove Russ's point at all, in fact it proves the opposite. Russ never ceases to amaze me, every time I think he can't be THAT dumb he goes and proves he is indeed that dumb.

I don't even think it'll get actively thrown out. It's just going to sit and stagnate in the court for a few months with no progress being made on it due to Russhole's stupidity and incompetence, until finally the court sends him a notice that his time is up and he failed once again.

Russ is using that screenshot to try and convince the court that, since the website says to send legal documents to a particular email address, that the court should do so rather than attempting to serve through regular means.
