I tried searching for Lemoine's twitter and ended up finding this article from 2010.

He tweeted about it on his main account, hope many of his fans will buy the book and support Vic / the author.

Vic should play in a movie by Daily Wire. They just got Gina Carano to produce and star in their second movie.

He really should. He could even help out the Daily Wire out with making films, possibly even direct.

A Christian movie about a guy who wears questionable pants and takes on other Christians as they misuse their beliefs to attack others while taking on the Christian mafia. That or something Hallmarky.
Work is work. When one door closes, hopefully another one opens.

Wasn’t the feces thing because there was so much to it that Ty HAD to be specific? Or was that just a thing Ty did because he’s...Ty?
If I remember right, It's because the TMDE letters need to be sent out in the beginning to cover their asses at the end of the lawsuit. Basically if Ty wins and they get to the damages phase, the defense can bring up ANY statements not on the TMDE letter as a way to LOWER the amount of damages by arguing those were doing the damage. So they were basically covering their ass later on if they won, Texas is weird like that I guess

And if you notice, the piece of shit tweet appears nowhere in Vic's complaint. He's not suing for that.

KV is so high on Vic Man Bad they ignore the literal lawsuit.

Why is it most of KV is morbidly obese/supremely ugly women or weird looking guys? Yet somehow they use mental gymnastics and think the insult "incel" "chud" or "stan" doesn't apply to them?
Given that it is the internet, I just assume everyone is fat, ugly and/or not a woman and given how a lot of others are, I wouldn't consider them men either. But thing with people like kv is that they were raised to be stupid and look for offensive things in everything, and through this, believe themselves to be literal Jesus Christ and everyone else to be whatever buzzwords they want others to be.

The ''piece of shit' quote was only part of the tweet. What the disingenuous KV lawtwits always leave out is that Toye specifically said, 'criminal piece of shit.' Accusing someone of being a criminal is defamation. And if Ty had included that tweet, addressed the criminal portion of the claim (which he did), and left the 'piece of shit' part unchallenged, then lawtwitter would be fellating themselves over how stupid Ty was to concede that his client was indeed a piece of shit.

More importantly, there's the question of whether Toye was speaking figuratively when he said Vic sexually assaulted someone. We've had KV idiots show up in our own threads trying to say that while Toye said 'Vic sexually assaulted people,' it didn't mean he raped them, therefore it's not defamation per se. He could have meant anything by saying 'sexually assaulted,' meaning the phrase could be an opinion statement. However, Toye specified the context in which we should all understand his accusations right there in that tweet. He meant the criminal definition of sexual assault, which is rape. So Toye definitely accused Vic of something which not even Monica accused him of, so that's a good indication that he acted with malice, and he absolutely said something defamatory when he lobbed his accusations at Vic, not something hyperbolic, or something that was simply an opinion.
