Good point. I just don't see how these surgeons create these monstrosities on people in good faith. Couldn't care less about yaniv in particular though. My only fear is now he probably thinks he's a real woman, and sex drive or no sex drive he can still commit abuse / horrify actual women and girls.

My guess is he stole these off of a troon forum like Susan's Place -- they routinely show off their results online. Could it be from reddit, but not show up on tineye? I suspect these are photos of the same person, just that they aren't of Yaniv.

Agreed. There have been times of community though (AIDS crisis anyone?) but by and large L and G live separate but peaceful lives. These degenerates (T, Q) keep trying to use L and G and I as a Trojan horse. They are using black people too, so that anyone against their crap can be branded a racist.

getting a neovagina sounds fucking awful. i could just be misunderstanding/oversimplifying the process, but it makes me think of getting a piercing-- mainly making sure it doesn't close up or get infected. but instead of jewelry you keep in until it heals, it's a dilator that you obviously can't keep in forever. you ever try to replace jewelry in a piercing that's still healing? that shit hurts, i can't imagine how much it hurts when it's a giant fistula between your legs. piercings also stink if not cleaned properly, so i'm sure those nasty things smell 100 times worse.

all that, for what? a lifetime of dealing with a stinky open wound that will never function nor look like the real thing? jeez louise.

With my gift of having an iron stomach I looked at these HD versions. I know everyone has different evaluations and mine is this; they are of the same stink ditch.

I looked at things outside of the axe wound, such as the skin creases around the arse, the discoloration of the anus, texture of the skin, texture of the body hair, wound length, etc.

It does appear swollen, infected, and not healing properly. It's pretty clear he has ripped quite a few stitches based on what stitches are visible and loose, the fresh bleeding, wound length.

It appears he ripped the stitches of where the taint should have been sewn securely shut based upon the non-spread shot of the faux labia majora. There is a clump of skin near the anus that has clearly ripped which is the section of the open wound in the stink ditch spread image and also where there is that secondary slit his tagged that random dr about.

It seems people praising him not being in the gene pool any longer forgot in the Sara leaks he claims to have frozen sperm. We can hope the freezer either malfunctions or is sabotaged.

I'm on the side that this is most likely his botched stink hole. Only Traniv would waste resources like this and fuck up his own GRS with bad and negligent 'aftercare'.

The question of who took the pics, probably himself. Girls can take crotch shots with a simple timer.

He's probably fucking high off pain killers which is why he's ripping stitches & tearing new wounds. 2 weeks is generally the go-to healing time for most surgeries before you go in for a post-op check in. Even then it's generally not fully healed.

Maybe he's finally ripped it on purpose to finally have the 'period' he's always wanted.

It's the cut/tear on the lower left that tells me it's the same trainwreck in both pictures. Whether or not it's actually him, I don't know.
