Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

The Delphi murders have been covered to death on YouTube. Pretty much every crime channel has gone over it at least once. She can't even do that right. But I suppose it was meant to be secondary to the carb orgy on her plate.
Nothing like child murders to deflect attention away from enough pasta to fuel a marathon.

I want a full interview of that guy.

How many cockroaches were found? How filthy the carpet really is? Did the pile of boxes smelled of piss? Did Chantal herself smelled of piss?

This man is still alive to tell the tale of surviving the Luxury Villa and I'm here for it.
I'm pretty sure he's already being contacted by some reddit autists and a few hardcore haters. The guy has no idea what he got himself into.

It's written so weirdly, there's wo way that's true.
Right? It's oddly specific. "..super amazing of you to tell us we were professional and nice!" Like he's never received a compliment before. And how 'fantastic' can a client be when you're in their home for ~5 minutes taking out a few boxes? It's probably real, but I am skeptical as well.

In reference to Chantal's recent and past medical drama ...

It's dawned on me there's a lot of evidence to support she has Munchausen. People mistakenly believe that means she is faking, but it actually means she is intentionally hurting herself or refusing to go through with adequate treatment in order to continue receiving attention for her problems.

- She admitts to faking or actually hurting herself in order to get attention in the past.

- She goes to the ER consistently but is noncompliant with their orders and shows little interest in seeing her regular doctor. (Very common for Munchies to crave the drama of the ER but not want to see their actual doctor for real treatment.)

- She continually 'shows off' medical issues that most people would consider private and creates an aesthetic around it (make sure to get that ER bracelet in the selfie!).

- She talks about her addiction and it's complications in an overly glamorized way that makes her seem like a helpless victim and is enraged when called out.

- Appears not at all frightened (on the contrary, she's often giddy) with each new diagnosis.

Pure armchair psychology, but damn if the shoe Peetz put on for you fits...

Her creepypastas are the only videos of hers I've never been able to stomach. Something about messily slurping pasta in your maw while talking about murder just doesn't sit right with me. She's a shit conversationalist and has always done the stories and victims such a disservice. I'd haunt her ass if my name ever passed those greasy, ill painted lips.
Not only that. She's referring to an unsolved murder of two young girls as creepy pasta. It's a true story, the parents don't have their little girls anymore and she's shoving food in her maw and poorly recounting the facts. And today is the four year anniversary.

Nah, she's just really really stupid.

Yeah, I love true crime as much as the next basic bitch, but the idea of covering the slaughter of two little girls in a rushed, spaghetti-sauce-flinging video is just tacky and disrespectful.

It goes to show that Chantal has no idea what a creepypasta fucking is. True crime is not creepypasta. Everybody knows that these are amateur written horror stories posted and/or narrated on the internet.

Talking about murder and eating enough spaghetti for 4 ppl is not it, fatso.

She IS holding on to the top rail or something in that shot.
I mean, it's possible (our facing right) her left hand is not as far in her pocket as the other one? It could be a skewed perspective and she's not. But her sneakily leaning onto a railing... I wouldn't put it past her. That banister looks so teeny next to the trotter.

You know, I'm not one for crying TOO SOON! over anything, but the Delphi murders might be where I change my mind. (look into it if you want to get mad at how an investigation is being handled, it's a little fucky)

Seriously Chantal. Talk about Hinterkaifeck, Vilisca, John List... something older if you simply must discuss dead kids. Maybe the Sylvia Likens case if you want to discuss how an entire community failed. Leave Abby and Libby alone.

I messed up. When I looked at her hand, I thought I saw it on the rail when it was in her pocket.

I don't think so. Chantal is just incredibly stupid and immature who thinks that she is "sticking it to the man" every time she does the opposite of what she is told. That live where she doubled down on the usage of the word retarded and starting ranting on it was a good example of her doing that. People told her to stop and she just felt emboldened to use it even more trying to find ways to justify it.

I actually knew and worked with someone who disliked authority like Chantal but to a much lesser extent. He was actually a very nice person but disliked getting ordered around. Turns out that his parents were social workers with some dumb ideology where they believed that they needed to be friends to their children. Not being raised with a presence of authority created issues in adulthood where he had no choice but to listen to orders. You can turn down your friends but cannot really turn down your boss.

Chantal takes it to the extreme because she is not functional at all unlike the person i just talked bout. It would be pointless to try to diagnose her even if i was qualified to do but i can say with confidence that she is seriously stupid, immature and crazy.

I don't want her to cover any other cases. YouTubers with successful true crime/unsolved mysteries channels present well-researched circumstances and facts with compassion and the utmost respect for the victim(s) and their loved ones. And they certainly don't get on camera gobbling food like a demented ferret in heat whilst talking about murdered children.

Most photos of her standing have her leaning against something or holding something so she can support herself. I don’t think it’s really possible for her to stand or ambulate for a substantial period of time.

Her decline in the 10 months she has been in the luxury apartment has been substantial. Losing Bibi really was the time she started circling the drain mentally and physically.

I've always attributed her total lack of shame as the reason she's so comfortable sharing the stuff she does. She really is an enigma. One day, she's shitting on a livestream and in the next labored breath, "working out" half-naked, pretending to ride an invisible dick on her exercise ball. It just baffles me. Like, both are gross, but pick a lane. lol

You raise an interesting theory, though. I agree that she does enjoy the attention that every new health crisis brings. When she makes that rat face and suddenly talks with her mouth crooked, there's an odd kind of infantilization to it. Like that box video: the way she swelled with pride, showing off a marginally less-cluttered space in her still-cluttered apartment. When you're 36 and have no job, no kids, no responsibilities, and other people still have to clean up your messes, that's not a win by any normal metric. That's called a FAILURE TO THRIVE.

"Look guys, the boxes are gone! Hi Marissa! Hi Annie. Look! The boxes are gone!!"

Congrats! You paid someone an exorbitant amount of money to do a basic thing because you're lazy as fuck. And now you want a cookie. I enjoyed the strategic placement of the walker, though. Lest we forget she NEEDS one now, even if it goes unused.

Yes, I can 100% see the Munchie perspective in certain moments with her. The blood pressure readings, that face she makes when her 'tummy' hurts like she just shit her diaper, the heavy sighs and pouting, the way her voice changes pitch when she wants something. It's likely a tool of manipulation, as Tiffany Sherii speculated. But it's also a CHOICE to share what she does. It's a dumb choice, but a choice, and she has to be getting some kind of reward out of it. 🤷‍♀️

I think you absolutely nailed it on the head with this. Chantal's mother was, what, 17 when she had her? She wasn't even an adult herself. To assuage the feelings of guilt she just kept indulging and enabling her daughter, which goes on to this day. Her sister, even with her "learning disabilities" seems to be much more put together (heck, Buster the dog obviously loves her/hates Chantal), the difference being that Mama was mature enough to bring her up in a more adult way.

Also, Chantal did try to turn down her boss, which is what got her fired. (Can you believe it's been at least four years since she has held down a real job?)
