U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was prepared to plead guilty to third-degree murder in George Floyd's death before then-Attorney General William Barr personally blocked the plea deal last year, officials said.

Barr rejected the deal in part because he felt it was too soon as the investigation into Floyd's death was still in its relative infancy, the officials said.

Barr goofed.

(a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.

(b) Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both.

609.195 MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE.

Being a convicted felon is pretty shitty. Though I'm not sure how shitty if you're a privileged white girl from a good background which I'm assuming she is.

She will probably just start an onlyfans.

I find it funny that Tim in his fence sitting ways, would rather that the gas station be blown up by the rioters than the two ass clowns that Kyle ventilated get shot. If I had to pick between a gas fire in a populated area vs a methed out chomo and a druggie with domestic violence charges getting shot, it wouldn't be that difficult of choice tbh.
He probably likes fence sitting because its similar to dick sitting. But he never mentions that hes gay anymore as it would probably make him lose viewers.

Does Tim just want to watch the world burn? I don’t think he has it in him to make a claim for king of the ashes, so maybe he just wants some fireworks.
I can see Tim's point. Rittenhouse wouldn't be fighting for his freedom if they let a gas station fire level the block. BLM would have been blamed and the authorities would have to explain why they sat back and let a dangerous situation escalate instead of shutting it down.

(I haven't watched the video yet.)

Turns out Taylor's victim was likely Latina, not black, but now that has me wondering if he shot her (in the face, no less) because he assumed she was white. He'd been doing retarded shit with his gun for a month without shooting anyone, but he suddenly rolls up on a woman who would look white in the dark and decides to shoot her, seems like events of the past year radicalized his diseased brain.

Regardless, the enormous increase in black crime looks like a combination of radicalization and a lack of fear of the police.

Him pleading was the only way they could get a Guilty on this one. Floyd's history of drug use, health problems and similar behavior (he pulled the same 'swallow drugs and say can't breathe' routine the previous year) will come out in trial. So will the police training that Chauvin was following, along with the body cam footage showing the course of events. The bottom line is that Floyd's death was 100% the result of his own deliberate actions and Chauvin was acting per police protocol at the time.

Outside the media spin zone, the reality that this was death by misadventure becomes clear.

If you think about it, this actually PROVES BLM's point about "white privilege" and policing.

A White woman can literally assault police and get off with a slap on the wrist. A Black man gets pulled over and gets killed.

I know I'm generalizing. That is the point I am trying to make. Policing and justice in this country has been unfair, although not for the reasons THEY'RE claiming.

More like that's what happens when they're lied to and told they're systematically oppressed and the only thing they can do to change it is rage. So why not go out and ventilate some people - it's the system's fault not theirs, they're the real victim after all.

But yeah, "fear" of the police is being rapidly replaced with outright hostility, as seen by the increase in police being ambushed.

The left wants to abolish police, and I guess this is one way the left is doing that. What it's going to be replaced with after the social workers idea fails, I don't know.
Empowered corporate security for those who can afford it and anarcho tyranny for everyone else. Just look at the absolute state of mental health care today after defunding of the institutions went through, the threshold for committing someone was raised and all the pie in the sky community treatment programs failed.

I feel like a lot of disputes have the possibility of being resolved through murder-suicides in the future Minecraft builds.

One of the body cams that showed the entire encounter was leaked and archived earlier in this thread, in non clown world it wouldn't have even made it to trial.

Having seen it, I agree. The fact that at multiple points Floyd claims he 'cant breef!' when; sitting in his own car, standing in the street, and trying to kick a cop in the face all seem kind of relevant to me. Not that I don't believe he was having trouble breathing, since he just swallowed a bunch of drugs and had a history of bad health and COVID. His lungs were swelling up with fluid, and at autopsy they were over twice the weight they should have been due to the deadly cocktail he swallowed.

If he hadn't resisted arrest he could have been transported to a hospital, possibly saving his life. Unfortunately for Floyd, between his resistance and the baying mob it was impossible to transport him anywhere safely.

Yeah not only was George Floyd acting weird, but the cops were distracted by a group of Fine Upstanding Citizens that kept creeping up on the scene and kept having to be pushed back.

None of it matters anyway. Terrorists were going to burn the place down because that's what the script said they were going to do.

Nah, they don't want to abolish police.

They want to get rid of the entire current (state) police force and replace them with police by a different name, just as heavily armed, but not agents of the state and under the control of "community leaders" (i.e. unelected people that muscle their way into declaring themselves as such, typically of the marxist persuasion).

They'll take government funds at a high level organization and disburse it through a few shell organizations to prevent the foot soldiers from being legal agents of the state.

That way they don't have to deal with any pesky bill of rights issues. If they want to kick in your door and ransack your house looking for "evidence" (that they may or may not plant) they can (and the evidence would be admissible in courts too....till they get the courts abolished and form their own community justice courts that they fully control). Of course they might get ventilated in the process, but then they'll just Waco the place and give 0 shits.

How long do you think it'll be before that happens?
