That meme is getting stale, but I'll bite. What he could prove to be untrue? False flagging? Well, that has been proven on the boulder stream and the fucker still haven't owned up to it. Him being a pathetic excuse of a man? I doubt he can fix that. Him being a grifter? There is no going back from that, nobody will believe in the sincerity of your intentions since you've been caught doing that. Him making good videos? Simply impossible.
And even then, why would he do that? You can't find your honor where you dropped it, move the fuck on. That's the only theoretically realistic possibility that Matt could've chosen - leave the internet and if someone brings up Internet shit, say "I don't care, I moved on to IRL". This is where I could say "well, at least he learned to move on, unlike other speds". Guess what? Going on a stream with other speds to laugh at that one sped they all have a beef with, just means that you basically say "no, I am not goingto move on".
Jarbo never had any kind of redemption arc, because by doing this he proved that he still seethes over him being exposed. That's not redemption, that's trollshielding and cows were doing this since the beginning.
