"We all saw it" isn't valid legally. Let me use an example to babyfeed.

An athlete takes performance enhancing drug, breaks the world record.
We all saw him doing so on television. The live audience saw him doing so, they were there.
A piss test finds out he was on substances, he medal revoked and record rescinded.
B...but, there's tens and thousands of eye witnesses at the stadium... and people saw it on tv, so he did get the record!

Greg is pretty obviously the "winner" here, if there is one. He's making videos in a new genre that he actually seems to be passionate about, and having success with it. He's got a new girlfriend who doesn't seem to be an extremely online politisperg. He's got an entire new lease on life.

Meanwhile his bald, coomer ex-girlfriend is slowly taking steps towards becoming an onlyfans whore.

Remember that Greg was openly talking about how he wanted to fuck other girls, flirting with them on Twitter, and publicly said that Shoe "ruined his life" while they were still dating. It took a pandemic to justify breaking it off for them.

Greg is barely a lolcow anymore. Seems like he just settled down and stopped being interesting. Sigh, well, we will always have the memories (especially since we archived them)

As long as Greg's a public figure, there is always an open window for cowishness. But that's not just Greg, that's every single public figure because the spotlight is on them all the time.

Hey, I'm happy for Greg and his girl. If people improve their lives, that's good in my book.
