Your arguments are:
• life might or might not begin at conception but we don't know for sure
• abortion makes it less likely for the woman to die
• abortions stop poverty so they're good
1) is a milquetoast response that solves nothing, 2) ignores the fact that an innocent person died and 3) is eugenics.

The unborn baby had no choice in the matter - it shares zero culpability for ending up in its mother's womb.
The mother, on the other hand, usually did have a choice in making that happen.

* You force someone else to visit your island (giving them no choice).

Eugenics involves both forced abortion and forced pregnancy. Neither of which allow a woman to choose what she wants to do, and neither of which are what me or any of the other non-neckbeards itt want.

It would be more like you invite someone to the island for a few days but then they overstay and start poisoning all your food, making you sick as hell, beat you up, and in general hold you hostage. You understandibly get sick of this shit and fear they might straight up murder you, so you shoot the fucker in self defense.

Or it would be like you donate blood and then wake up the next day to find your kidney removed, because clearly consenting to letting others use one type of tissue from your body means you consent to letting them take anything, and if you try to fight it everyone tells you you made the choice to donate blood so now you have to live with one kidney.
