I don't know what this means anymore due to clown world, but the burden of evidence in a civil case is 51% (i.e. more likely than not you are guilty). The burden of proof in a criminal case is 100% (i.e. there's no other explanation except you are guilty).

So in theory, the fact that the civil cases are dismissed is good news for the criminal cases. But again, clown world.
