The absolute best part that had me guffawing so hard that I scared the cat was the reason why the judge set aside the default. Because the service was shit. And the reason the service was shit was because she announced that she knew that Josh was a registered Republican voter at his mom's address. Which she bragged here she was going to do to try and bias the democratic judge against him.
The service was shit without her running her big mouth right over and proving it but goddamn.
Maybe the reason she's been silent is because she's seriously reconsidering her life choices. I doubt it, but I can hope. Can't wait for her response, which will consist of " but but but! And further demands for user nonexistent user information.

tldr: Motion to set aside default is granted. @TamarYaelBatYah motion to strike, motion to dismiss extension, motion to compel, motion to quash and dismiss are all dismissed. Motion for extension on time to serve is still not ruled on, and she has 14 days to reply to motion to dismiss. Discovery is stayed. Null's motion to show cause is denied
Until she next logs on to Kiwifarms, or until she gets the ruling via mail.
Then the judge rules on the motion to dismiss and likely dismisses it, is my understanding.

I am honestly amazed at how kind the Judge is being. The Judge actually laid out the proper law and looked up a Florida Legal guide instead of deriding her shitty "Dear Feeder is actually an LLC" argument. And, the Judge even gave her a mulligan on her reply so she can make an argument that isn't "BUT I HAVE A DEFAULT," instead of just granting the motion to dismiss. Even granting the motion to dismiss without prejudice would have been pretty fucking lenient based on the circumstances.

Umm, you do realize that the only reason underwear is worn is so that it can be changed while our outer clothes are not, right? That is its purpose. If you change your outer clothes every day then you really don't need to wear underwear. Underwear is supposed to save wear and tear on expensive outer garments because you wash the underwear every day rather than your outer clothing. Which we no longer really do in this Era of fast fashion. Which means we don't need underwear for its actual purpose. Unless you like being over dressed/doing more laundry than necessary?

And something compelled me to come back...to this thread...today. It was very strange. I felt overwhelmingly pulled to just,; I had to log on and check. So I did, and I saw that Melinda had received this new ruling. I know this is what Null calls Powerleveling (oh man, I'm doing initial caps like Melinda), but I need to tell you guys what happened while I was gone for the past two months., I mean sans the couple of times I logged on and posted on other threads like the Russell Greer one and got my ass handed to me by people like @Viridian , but I'm getting sidetracked here, back to the point. So ok. I come back, I see that she's been missing I click on a random number and it took me back 40 something pages to December 28th.
Did one of you guys force her to take drugs or something? At any rate man, I've never seen poor Melinda so very upset for a couple of days. Alright, now I'll turn my attention to you @TamarYaelBatYah in case you ever do come back. I read a lot of what you had to say. In fact, dare say, I studied it. You know I was actually gone because all of the time I spent on The Farms was mostly spent on this, YOUR thread. And well, I spent that time either attempting to interact with you, asking about you, or actually interacting with you. And while I admit I used jokes, called you names a couple of times, and made fun of your grammar, even you have to admit you were far more vicious to me than I ever was to you. You are even certain you know who I am, despite the fact that I have TOR VPN and TOR Guard.
I've been seeing a professional for emotional distress. I am considering contacting Mr. Hardin to ask him for his process server's assistance, as you insist you've moved. But you've spent a lot of time on here threatening a good number of people, violently harassing's, and attacking people. And the time I spent here, feeling compelled to come here, it was always with the need to discuss things with YOU, the subject of the thread. Now do I have free will over logging on and coming here? I don't think I do! No...no I do not. You cast a spell on me, Melinda. So let's see:
1. I know your legal name and address
2. I've been threatened, harassed, and put under emotional distress by you
3. My therapist is already aware of the emotional distress you cause me
4. I was compelled to be subjected to the threats and harassment
5. I can afford a lawyer
I believe in chess they call that check...mate?
If she comes back would someone give her the message? I have to get back to therapy. Hi other baby yoda. I have 14 days to file an additional response, which I will.
Don't celebrate too quickly. If this case is dismissed I'll simply re-file and serve Moon in Florida.
